The service has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They provide repair and maintenance services with a 24-hour turnaround time. Trek is an established brand and it's not low-end stuff, so the prices aren't going to be like buying a Schwinn at Canadian Tire. Same goes for the gear. There are sales and clearance items, but it still won't be cheap. An accessory like one Pirelli Race tire runs about $130 before tax. On the other hand, if you're not a novice and looking to level up, you should include this store on your list of shops/products to research. Solid shop.

TERRIBLE. It started off just fine. I placed an online order (just under $1000) for a stroller and…read moresome accessories. I explained that I would appreciate a quick turn-around as my stroller had been damaged in flight and I was without a functioning stroller, with a 2.5 year old, and unable to lift her as I have two herniated discs and permanent nerve damage to my left side. Salesguy said, about two weeks. I didn't get a confirmation email so I called back and was told email was entered incorrectly. Fine. Received email and turnaround of two weeks. Two weeks later, I follow up (10am). "Gentleman",, very curt and short response: "I'll call you back". It's well past noon. I wonder if he forgot to call me back. I call. "I'm waiting on an Email from Thule (manufacturer)". Okay....why didn't you tell me that? It would have been nice to know you didn't just forget about me. 4pm. A call from said "gentleman". "It's out of stock"! Wait.....! What??? I'm shocked. I've been without a stroller for two months, ordered one...waiting another long two weeks before we get it and, ITS NOT IN STOCK!!!! Firstly, why was I able to place an order for something that is unavailable. Secondly, why didn't you follow up when you received the accessories last week, but not the stroller? Anyone clue in that the order had arrived and was incomplete and perhaps there's an issue? You could have know this a week ago. You should have been on top of this! When I expressed my frustration, I got silence. Completely unsympathetic or apologetic! Put someone else on the phone, some manners and customer service skills please. Not a curt and rude person, taking my order and putting it on the top shelf, completely forgetting about it and unsympathetic to the stress (and further pain and grief) this has caused. Now, I'm left to research strollers ALL OVER again, when I should be receiving it from Rack Attack today!

The manager, Chris, did take ownership of the issue when this was discovered and the rack was installed on the same day that all the parts were in stock. Given the understaffing due to Covid and how my install turned out great in the end, I'm pretty happy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's surely a tough challenge to train new employees post-lockdown and operate at full steam. Thanks Rack Attack for coming through.

I visited epic cycles a couple weeks ago to test ride a few E-bikes I called in advanced to see if…read morethey were opened on Saturdays. The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. P.s I can't wait to get a black low step metro :)
