When I went to the shop he quoted me $120 to change the stem on the scooter also to put the bearing.I also agree on the extra $35 to fix the brakes. Kukirin Canada lied to me and Cj that this scooter doesn't require a bearing but it actually needs one or the scooter is not rideable. Cj agreed to fix everything for $165 but he charged me additional $50 which I didn't approve because it was for no reason. He also refused to send me the receipt for the repairs as I need to sent it to kukirin. After 1 month the scooter broke again like this, I think it's because there was a metal hole drilled on the side. I know Cj and kukirin are friends and now they refused to send me the replacement parts. I tried calling Cj and emailing also and they are not responding. https://www.facebook.com/p/KuKirin-Scooter-Canada-Kugoo-Kirin-100094716665115/ I got the scooter on this website. The g2 and g4 models have a stem issues. Please don't get these scooters as the metal breaks easily. If you can help please leave a bad review on the kukirin Canada website on Facebook. If you have any questions or concerns my phone number is 647-785-4288 so I can send links and pictures for proof. If you have small repairs go to kb shops at Kennedy and Steeles for like repairing tires, brakes, battery charging. It is much cheaper.

Are you the owner: A: yes…read moredo you have bike gloves? A: nope If I buy four tires can I get a break on price? A: nope If I buy four tires for two bikes, can you do installation? A: nope is this a bike shop, or a skit with the hostile shopkeeper in Fawlty Towers or Cheese Shop? cyclepath Davisville was like Dermott in Black Books: wtf are you in my store? I proceed to buy the pedals, fender, and rack from their limited selection. I paid for general maintenance and got them installed free. the fender was installed shoddily and rubbed. I had him fix it and it still rubbed again a few days later. Then my bike fell from a bike rack and a piece broke from the rack. I went in and he said "oh so it didn't just break, you dropped your bike. next time don't drop your bike. $5". Bikes fall and falling from a bike rack shouldn't cause a piece to break... I went into skiis and biikes and they completely realigned my fenders and it hasnt rubbed since. A few weeks later the piece they sold me for $5 broke again and the bike didn't even fall. I asked for a refund on the rack and they angrily gave me the $5 back for the part they charged me for. They said it's my fault for keeping a bike in a bike rack.

They were always cooperative and found ways to help me upgrade my bikes with minimal cost, which I really appreciated. I purchased a Cervélo R5 from them and later they helped me trade it and order a Trek Domane SLR 7 SRAM Force for myself and my wife. I also bought my Wahoo KICKR Bike Shift smart bike through them, and Mike fully supported the shipment and home setup. At this point, it honestly feels like a daily relationship, almost like family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real support, honesty, and long term care not just a sale.

Finally the crank nearly seized up on my last ride. I was not sure whether it was the bottom bracket or the crank shaft. I have had wonderful services from Evolution before, so instead of taking apart the crank and the bottom bracket myself, I decided to leave my precious with the capable gentlemen at Evolution. They did not disappoint. They treated my bike with respect and we had excellent communication in terms of expectation setting; what needs to be done; and the replacement parts that were required. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure that I knew all the options. In the end I got my bike in the best time possible, under these pandemic schedules with scarce parts. Super thankful to the entire team at Evolutions and especially Chris for making it all happen without any surprises. I will not hesitate in bringing my bike to Evolution again for any type of issues in the future.

The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. P.s I can't wait to get a black low step metro :)
