I went to lunch, while at lunch I looked online at one of the manufacturers and that they had a sale going on online for a significant discount for the exact bike I was looking at. I went back to the shop to see if they would honor the discount, they said no problem. I then took the bike for a test ride and it was exactly what I wanted and being able to get the online discount in store was icing on the cake! They even made sure I knew how to fold it up. Very happy with this shop and my new Superhuman Shapeshifter folding e-bike that I purchased and I will definitely be back to get maintenance and service done when it's needed. Now on to some trail rides!

I get it it's a bike shop and they sell and fix more…read moreexpensive bikes but I was trying to get this bike through the last few weeks of summer for my child. I explained the issue. I know they were short staff and it was busy , my plan was to drop it off and pick it up whenever he said it was done (I was cool with a few days no biggie). Pretty much told me it wasn't worth fixing it's a cheap bike and I should use it for parts. I'm well aware the bike was cheap. Didn't give me a price so I could make a decision myself and it honestly felt as if he just didn't want to be bothered and had better stuff to do. No problem I was in the market for a bike for myself and my wife in the near future. Had no problem spending several hundred dollars. Will never come back to this place buy anything from here or have anything serviced. This is my second and last unpleasant experience here.

There are numerous bicycles for sale including for young children with any accessory you can think of. Even the 3 cute dogs there today were friendly. I particularly enjoyed Buddy, the muscular French Poodle, but I digress. I'm fairly certain that they have regular and e-bikes ( my favorite) for rent with which to visit the adjacent Gettysburg Battlefield. Please do stop in and see. A variety of bike racks are for sale, so you can strap your new purchase onto your vehicle if you choose. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

My wife's bike was making a clicking noise that was driving her absolutely crazy. We had gone to a local bike shop (nicest guy), where the mechanic diagnosed it as a shot bottom bracket. Unfortunately/fortunately he didn't have the part. We then went to Hush Money Bikes hoping they might have the parts we needed. Once there we were assisted Chris who listened to my wife's explanation of the issue, as well as what we'd been told. He then very systematically started testing and ruling issues out. It turned out to be an issue with the seat post (yes, really). He had it fixed quickly, and at a very reasonable cost, especially compared to what a bottom bracket would have run. Also I personally would never have thought it could be the seat post!!! One other thing we both appreciated was that Chris test rode the bike, I've experienced a lot of shops that will have you do this. All in all it was a great experience, and my wife lives her bike again!

They don't want to sell you a bike, they want to sell the right bike for you. That doesn't always mean the most expensive option. Deceptive business practice and charges customers for a business decision they made on their end…read more On 5/21/26, I placed an order on the merchant's website for a Zooz Ultra Urban Gen 4 electric bike for a total purchase price of $2,595.00. Following the order submission, the business reached out requesting that I provide additional verification documents to confirm my identity and credit card ownership to mitigate fraud risk. I fully intended to complete this transaction and promptly complied, providing the exact documentation requested. No further information or follow-up was requested by the merchant. Instead of processing the order, the business proactively and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. While the merchant has the right to refuse service, they deceptively withheld $130.00 from my refund, returning only $2,465.00. The merchant is penalizing me by applying a 5% "cancellation fee" to an item that was never fulfilled, never shipped, and where the cancellation was entirely the merchant's choice. I should not bear the operational cost of their decision to cancel a transaction that I actively tried to fulfill and verify. The withholding of these funds under the guise of a return or cancellation policy for an unfulfilled order is deceptive and an unfair business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.
