I went to lunch, while at lunch I looked online at one of the manufacturers and that they had a sale going on online for a significant discount for the exact bike I was looking at. I went back to the shop to see if they would honor the discount, they said no problem. I then took the bike for a test ride and it was exactly what I wanted and being able to get the online discount in store was icing on the cake! They even made sure I knew how to fold it up. Very happy with this shop and my new Superhuman Shapeshifter folding e-bike that I purchased and I will definitely be back to get maintenance and service done when it's needed. I know they were short staff and it was busy , my plan was to drop it off and pick it up whenever he said it was done (I was cool with a few days no biggie). Pretty much told me it wasn't worth fixing it's a cheap bike and I should use it for parts. I'm well aware the bike was cheap. Didn't give me a price so I could make a decision myself and it honestly felt as if he just didn't want to be bothered and had better stuff to do. No problem I was in the market for a bike for myself and my wife in the near future. Had no problem spending several hundred dollars. Will never come back to this place buy anything from here or have anything serviced. This is my second and last unpleasant experience here.
