I had a great experience buying my used Yamaha YZ250 from Jaeden Akinin. I called ahead to ask…read moreabout the bike, and when I arrived, it was already pulled out and ready for me to look at. They gave me all the time I needed to look it over, start it up, and make sure everything was right before buying. The paperwork was quick and easy because everything was prepared ahead of time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I also forgot to bring tie-down straps for my ramps, and they were kind enough to give me some and even helped me get the bike strapped down for the trip home. The bike was in great shape, exactly as described, and I'm very happy with both the bike and the deal I got. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable dealership with excellent customer service. Jaeden went above and beyond to make the buying experience easy, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used powersports vehicle.

They would not return it even though it is in 100 percent condition, and the nice guy that sold it to me said that they had returned a helmet used for a much longer period. If you're interested in buying a helmet go try one on somewhere and then buy it on Amazon where returns are no problem. Lancaster Honda you have lost a likely return bike customer over a couple hundred dollar helmet. smh

Answered all of my question and responded back to all of my emails, even the ones that were sent after hours. If you have an Arai helmet and need to have it serviced, inspected, and or rebuilt, this is the only place I would recommend. You will not be disappointed with the end results and the level of customer service that they will show you. To the Miller family that runs this place, Thank You,Thank You,Thank You. As I'm sitting here drinking my coffee getting ready to go to church. I'm pondering the motorcycle…read moreriding of this season It dawned on me that for the last 3/4 of the summer I never once been aware of discomfort in my helmet. My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler.
