My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam,etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Idiot points out my not attached choke (which they took off) and tells me my bike needs "a ton of work" and they dont know what it could be. Said they couldnt help and were not responsible. I will never give them another cent of my money as long as i live!

I am a master technician but do not work on bikes thought I would have gotten some kind of mechanical curtesy. Owner just wanted to sell me his wheels. I found the same wheel for my bike and a sprocket had him put it in. He just kept telling me it would not work. I would have thought he would just put new bearing in to set up the alignment of the offset. Took all my stuff to the Harley dealer they set it up and this place charged me 4 1/2 hour Labor for 1 hour worth of work will never go back and never recommend anybody going there. Also had 5k service done and a couple of leaks fixed and they did not even clean the area they fixed. How do know if they even did that work?
