I asked for them to finish what they started and I would pay for the components. They would have to install them and set up the geometry as part of the "original" fitting. They refused. I then asked for $150 back, as that is the hourly rate and time they said they required to finish the unfinished job. They refused. I went to and got a new custom fitting. Another $500. Guess what? Saddle was wrong! Cranks wrong! Geometry wrong! Peddles not needed! The only thing they got right was the handlebars and shifter location. I got more new components put on. I rode almost pain free from that point further. I returned about thirty days later for a quick tweeking. Rode most of the summer. Then I had a small issue. Called them up. Guess what? They saw me, ran me through a secondary fit and some tweeks at no additional fee. That is proper service. That is how you treat your clients.

I broght it back to his shop and long story short he kept it for. about two years it was impossbile to get ahold of him .. I left countless messages and still couldn't connect... long story short he tried making me pay for another motor about $2000 to get my bike back after paying a few thousand for two bikes two get fixed the same week... mine breaks the first ride after he fixed it ... I'm pretty sure they drained the oil and never put any in there and I didn't check i got home which could be my fault but at the same time you would think a shop would take accountability especially when you just spend more than $3000 at the shop less than a week ago and my bike doesn't work after leaving your shop.. but when I tell you that was by far the worst shop experience ever it was.. and I was just checking in 2025 if the shop still works like that because you can see previous reviews where's he's done the same thing to people and it's honestly crazy. that bike still sits till this day cause or this shop.. I don't want to go more in a hole so yea just checking if the shop still operates unprofessional or have they gotten their stuff together. Pretty nice guys though but it seems like they bite off way more then they can chew at a time and I think that might be the reason stuff gets messed up...

I just got the Women's Early September 2023 catelog -- even the model on the front cover looks horrible -- she's a beautiful woman and she looks frumpy. There's literally nothing in this catalog that says "Buy me". Perhaps some marketing focus groups told them to go in this direction -- but it's causing me to go somewhere else. Their women's clothing line just doesn't look good -- for ~the last year. If I wanted to shop at LLBean -- I'd shop there. Good luck.
