As a touring cyclist, not only did they open their doors to help, but Yeager even took me out for tacos, local craft brews & some Americana live music, and then road alongside me to Maple Donuts as I continued on to Gettysburg. If I could give 10 stars I would, but unfortunately Yelp won't let me go above 5.

Deceptive business practice and charges customers for a business decision they made on their end…read more On 5/21/26, I placed an order on the merchant's website for a Zooz Ultra Urban Gen 4 electric bike for a total purchase price of $2,595.00. Following the order submission, the business reached out requesting that I provide additional verification documents to confirm my identity and credit card ownership to mitigate fraud risk. I fully intended to complete this transaction and promptly complied, providing the exact documentation requested. No further information or follow-up was requested by the merchant. Instead of processing the order, the business proactively and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. While the merchant has the right to refuse service, they deceptively withheld $130.00 from my refund, returning only $2,465.00. The merchant is penalizing me by applying a 5% "cancellation fee" to an item that was never fulfilled, never shipped, and where the cancellation was entirely the merchant's choice. I should not bear the operational cost of their decision to cancel a transaction that I actively tried to fulfill and verify. The withholding of these funds under the guise of a return or cancellation policy for an unfulfilled order is deceptive and an unfair business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.

New and used parts, too. I got a gorgeous, used mid-90's carbon fiber road bike here for an awesome price after prowling Craigslist for many moons, and they were so gracious as to tune it up and swap out the pedals on my way out. I've put a hundred some miles on it in the past couple of weeks and it has performed admirably. Dimitri was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with!

We found this gem of a shop by just driving by, although we had heard a while back of a great shop…read moreon the area, and we needed a better bike rack. Stopped in and met Dale, one of the at least three generations of Martins who operate this business which is in the process of expanding on a busy Saturday afternoon. Dale took the time to explore my needs and recommended the best bike rack (Kuat 2.0) that I have ever owned and I think that I have had about 10. The problem was that literally there was no room in my car for the box. Actually though it wasn't a problem for me. In about half the promised 45 minutes a team had it inboxes, assembled and on the back of my car. Bummer though was that when I got home I found that I didn't have the hardware to mount it on the car for which it was intended. I called Dale and intwo days the needed hardware was in my mailbox without charge. I cannot say how refreshing it is to find a store that offers expertise, advice without pressure and exemplary service. You can be sure that I will be back there.

A far cry from what these bikes are actually worth. If coming to a place to be treated like you're a bother and get ripped off is your thing.. then this is your place to buy a bike. Just find a good bike shop that will be kind and treat you right. Cheap isn't the answer. I'll pay more for great service every time!! This place is just not it.

I went in looking for cam cleats for a sailboat and they had no idea what cam cleats were, instead directing me to "Jam cleats", which are not interchangeable. They aren't sailboat guys, so it's okay I guess. The boats on the used lot seem to have extremely high asking prices relative to fair market value and what those models sell for in proximal geographies. I am sure they've been gone through by the mechanics and are in tip top shape but I am not sure if that justifies the 2-3X increase over the normal price.
