I took my boat out Wednesday and again started taking on water as soon as I dropped it in the water. I never really paid attention to it because these guys assured me nothing was wrong.Well I nearly sunk the boat and I blew one of my motors because it got waterlogged! This is going to cost me in the thousands!! So I called them and tried to let them see my side.They refuses to help me find a motor, and didn't even give me my money back for something they overlooked! They charged me 900 to change a stater!!! It's 90 bucks on eBay!! But I paid it! I'm going to look for a lawyer and I don't care if I win or lose. It's about customer care! Sean was courteous and patient and helped us get back on the road quickly. Like in less than 45 minutes when they already had a full garage. But wait - it gets better - He also helped diagnose another issue we had been having - knowing that we live hours away and likely would not be coming back to have him fix it for us. We went to a dealership and another mechanic in our town and neither had been able to diagnose the issue.
