The sales team specializes in brands since it's hard for one person to be an expert on make/model. They are also riders who sell bikes, not salesmen who know there's a difference between a Toyota and a Ducati. But, unless you are buying a couple of bikes a year, you're going to see the Service Team more frequently than sales and this is where Warhorse stands out. They are REALLY good at what they do and I consider them an integral part of my safety and enjoyment during the riding season. 10/10 all around.

On the day of the appointment I was informed that there was a part recall and they would check it for me. Later on I was informed that my bike's part in question was fine but they replaced it anyway to head off any future problems. All of that was covered by the warranty. Then it was discovered that my inspection was due. Had them take care of it. All told my final cost was less than the original quote. Great experience overall! Mattie in the service department was friendly and helpful. So I had the first service completed, warranty part and work taken care of, and had a new inspection done all for less than I originally expected to pay. In my book, that is great service!

Henry was VERY accommodating and let me know that they could fit me in that day ASAP and that while I wait, I could enjoy the birthday bash - great surprise as I thought it was the following weekend. Moving forward, I didn't have a 'printed' copy of my insurance card and Russell was kind enough to let me send to his email & print it for me as well as keeping me informed for the 5 hours I was there. Which brings me to Mike Wolf, the tech who worked on my bike endlessly to get it right so it passed inspection with the help of Brandon/Service Mgr. allowing the extra time/labor to get those ridiculous brakes passed. I also had MAJOR moral support from the new fella, Jeff ! I would not have made it through those 5 hours without ANY of them! KUDOS and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Every time I get a bike inspected, Bryan, JR or Earl talks to me for just a moment afterward to tell me about the condition of my bike and I really appreciate this. Nick and Eli are exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting riders in and out of service and, over the years, have gotten to know me by name. I appreciate Duane, the owner, sending out an email questionnaire after any service visit or sometimes he'll just be out talking to customers. Be careful while you wait for your bike to get finished because the showroom is full of new and used motorcycles and I'm always tempted to purchase something else. If you don't want to be teased by all the bikes on the showroom floor, there's a comfortable waiting area with magazines and beverages. So I took it back to them and said I had a leak. They changed me to take it out on the lake and to do testing at the shop and they told me they didn't see a leak. So i thought well maybe I overlooked something. These guys are the pros and this is my first boat so I took them by their word. I took my boat out Wednesday and again started taking on water as soon as I dropped it in the water. I never really paid attention to it because these guys assured me nothing was wrong.Well I nearly sunk the boat and I blew one of my motors because it got waterlogged! This is going to cost me in the thousands!! So I called them and tried to let them see my side.They refuses to help me find a motor, and didn't even give me my money back for something they overlooked! They charged me 900 to change a stater!!! It's 90 bucks on eBay!! But I paid it! I'm going to look for a lawyer and I don't care if I win or lose. It's about customer care! Small, tucked in a corner, hard to find, outdated website, not a lot of products or showroom space... yet, some of the best service and customer service ever. These guys are all motorcycle mechanics, and they're all easy to talk too. It's the kind of shop where if they make a mistake they'd be the first to tell you and make things right. Totally comfortable taking any motorcycle here. There were no issues with the tire change; they even cleaned the rims and lubed the chain no charge. Attention to detail was top notch, and the prices. The prices were fair and reasonable but honestly for this level of service you'd be willing to pay more because this is quality all the way around. Clear communication from start to finish.

I encountered a mean, rude salesperson and had to request a supervisor, and the car was initially dusty with dog hair on the dash. Although detailed before delivery, a persistent pet odor remained--something a CPO vehicle should have properly treated. I hope future buyers get paired with a much more decent sales representative.

I worked with Amy Davis on the acquisition. She was professional, pleasant, and got back to me timely. They had two guys show up at my house with paperwork, a check, one guy drove my car back to their dealership. It's a class act dealership, and I'll consider driving out there to buy a new vehicle next time I need one. I like dealing with good people. Things I wish I knew. I had a loan with Honda on the vehicle that they paid off directly and just under a $1000 over that they wrote me a check from their dealership for. Both cleared :) . I sold them the vehicle on 9/8/2026, my outstanding balance at Honda was just cancelled this morning, 9/17/2026. The physical check cleared the next day. They have you sign quite a few documents, two of which were power of attorney documents specifically regarding the vehicle. It gives the dealership the right to act as you, so they can sell the vehicle before they have the physical title. After a quick ChatGPT search, it turns out this is normal in PA, but my heart skipped few beats when I saw it, so I'm hoping to save you some heartache. I hope this helps!
