They would not return it even though it is in 100 percent condition, and the nice guy that sold it to me said that they had returned a helmet used for a much longer period. If you're interested in buying a helmet go try one on somewhere and then buy it on Amazon where returns are no problem. Lancaster Honda you have lost a likely return bike customer over a couple hundred dollar helmet. smh

They gave me all the time I needed to look it over, start it up, and make sure everything was right before buying. The paperwork was quick and easy because everything was prepared ahead of time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I also forgot to bring tie-down straps for my ramps, and they were kind enough to give me some and even helped me get the bike strapped down for the trip home. The bike was in great shape, exactly as described, and I'm very happy with both the bike and the deal I got. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable dealership with excellent customer service. Jaeden went above and beyond to make the buying experience easy, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used powersports vehicle.

Dealerships have multiple units. Sales, parts, accessories…read moreand service. Have dealt with multiple dealerships in my riding career and this one is Top Tier. The sales team specializes in brands since it's hard for one person to be an expert on make/model. They are also riders who sell bikes, not salesmen who know there's a difference between a Toyota and a Ducati. But, unless you are buying a couple of bikes a year, you're going to see the Service Team more frequently than sales and this is where Warhorse stands out. They are REALLY good at what they do and I consider them an integral part of my safety and enjoyment during the riding season. 10/10 all around.

He fixed it up before in 2 days when other places bounced me around for a month, and is very fair with pricing and has never tried to upsell beyond what was necessary. One time we thought it was a big problem that would've been hundreds, he figured out it was just something loose, tightened it and didn't even charge anything. Something similar this time. A different shop told me my brakes were kaput and we figured out they were fine, it was something very minor. He could've easily just changed them anyway for profit but instead took the time to explain that they were fine and the other place was full of it. Rotating the tires and fixing the psi fixed the issue. He's very down to earth and honest when something is fine vs needing work. I'll only ever be coming here when I need work, and would recommend to anyone. If you see this, thank you so much!
