Let me set the scene...Christmas Eve 2025 after dark, as my lovely husband is driving home down…read moreI78, he so graciously found a large portion of someone's tailpipe they unfortunately left behind in the middle of the highway. Well, in a blaze of glorious sparks, he had to pull off to the side of the highway (which is a feat in itself let's be honest). As he gets out of the car to try and see what the actual F is going on he realizes that the vehicle has sprung a leak but unsure as to where it was actually coming from. After a little bit of fenagling he was able to unjam the offending object from under the car to see that it was up close and personal with the transmission and we now have a rather large issue. Luckily, he was able to limp the car to the next exit/gas station and able park it out of the way, but things were only getting worse. Now comes the realization it is after hours on a big holiday eve... and we also forgot to reup on our AAA subscription (my bad I will be getting on that asap). However, after a few phone calls and some google searches, we came across the listing on Yelp for Kaufman Towing with the holy grail of labeling of "open 24hrs". Within 30 minutes of finding the phone number and making the call we have the car parked in our driveway to wait another day to deal with it and the insurance. They were wonderful people, and the wait was microscopic compared to most as well as the price. They saved our butts and will definitely be saving their number on speed dial because with my husband's luck... we very well might be a repeat customer if not the best. Thank you, Kaufman's Towing!

Got quoted over 2 hours from another company who was local that my insurance company assigned to me. Got reassigned to Kaufman towing and they were to me in 10 minutes! I cant tout enough about the overall service and kindness of these people. Use them for your roadside needs! You wont be disappointed!!!

WTF is that? apes installed with chrome accessories...6 weeks later I pick the bike up. Insisted i sign off on mechanical liability because he didn't have time to road test it...chrome ALL finger-printed up w/ oily smears. Throttle stuck wide open, loose screws holding the throttle body on... so he had to tighten, then loosen, move it back & forth to make it let go, then re-tighten...in the rain...then said it was MY responsibility.... then I asked for his posted 10% military discount. Ha! Another ruse. Said no, then excused it away by telling me he wasn't getting it from his suppliers...when I went in to pay the full price, sign off accepting my bike "as-is", he said the could give me the 10%.....the exact amount for 2hours of labor he tacked on for removing a couple of stink bugs...what a GD abortion...badmouthed everything, the bike, a stud he broke off, his paint guy that sucks, a couple of stink bugs, dirt under the frame, some surface rust...everything!! Quick Read Summary: Decent Sales Department with Competitive…read morePricing Horrible Service Department Horrible Communication (They don't call and let you know what parts your machine needs) They Crashed my ATV Into My Mule When Loading On Trailer They Ripped 2 Decals Off the Bed Of My Mule when Pressure Washing They Wired the Rear Light Switch on My Mule Wrong. (I fixed it myself!) They Had the Carb on my ATV Adjusted Wrong Causing High Idle and Had to Come Back and Fix. Slow Service (Called for Appointment April 27th, Soonest Appointment was May 26th, Returned Partially Fixed Machines to me on June 23rd, Finished Repairs on July 20th.) Full Story: I bought a 2020 Kawasaki Mule Pro MX LE here. Price was great and purchase went fairly well. Only problems I had was a nut on the roof wasnt tight and came off and the high beam headlights quit working due loose wire coming off. They did come out to my house and replace the nut on the roof and I had them fix the highbeam switch at my appointment a year later. I was happy with them so I called on April 27th to schedule an appointment to service my Polaris Magnum ATV and 1st service for my Kawasaki Mule. I told them to check ATV for oil leak, fuel leak, oil change, and brakes. The Mule needed its 1st oil change, new spark plug due to it not starting, and new rear lights and switch installed. I needed them picked up due to back problems, I can't load the machines. They said couldn't pickup until a month later, May 26th. They sent 2 guys to pickup the machines. They loaded the Mule, then they attempted to load the ATV and gunned the throttle and rammed it into the back of the Mule! I couldn't believe it! I called and told Ken what happened and I wanted the machines checked for damage. He said he would call right back as soon as he checks them out. He never called me back! Later, I emailed him my security video of the accident. Still nothing back from him. I called 2 days later to see what was up and he said he saw my video and he checked the machines and they just had a little scuff. I called on June 4th. They said Mule needed spark plug and ATV needed Oil hoses and Carb parts, and they were waiting on parts. I called back June 10th, and Ken told me they got the oil hoses and carb parts but now the ATV needs a fuel shutoff valve. They ordered the part and said should be done next week. I called June 15th and Dominick told me they got all the parts now and they just need installed. I called June 17th and Ken told me both machines are done and he doesn't know why they didn't get them back to me today. So I called back on June 18th and Eric told me he can't bring the machines back because his delivery guy is off taking care of his wife who had a hip replacement. Eric called me back later that day and told me now he realized they didn't actually get the fuel shutoff valve installed on ATV yet and he would try to get it done and back to me next Monday June 21st. I heard nothing from them so I called on June 23rd and he said he will get the machines back today. They brought them. I rode the ATV around and it was idling to high. The oil leak, fuel leak, and brakes were fixed. The mule was running good but they didn't have the switch wired properly for the rear lights. The switch was not lighting up unless the lights were on. The bottom of the switch is supposed to light up when it's off and the whole switch light up when on. They washed the machines which was nice but they pressure washed some of the decals off the bed of the mule! The stickers cost over $100 to replace and they won't replace. They finally came back on July 20th and tried to fix the light switch on the mule and could only get the top of the switch to light up which was opposite of how it's supposed to be. They picked up the ATV, readjusted the carb and brought it back later. It's idling good now. I figured out they had 2 wires reversed on the Mules light switch so I swapped them and now its working properly. I will definitely not be going back. I do not recommend going here, especially for service.
