Service department is well run and the mechanics know what they are doing. Shop rates are less than other dealers.

Do you guys fix electric scooters?

Sorry Aadarsha, we do not work on Electric Scooters. If we knew of someone to refer you to, we would. Currently, we don't know of anyone in the area that does. Try searching the brand you have and contact the manufacturer for ideas on where to take… Read more

It was an awkward conversation of me asking questions, a Slingshot is unchartered territory for me, and the mechanic being very uninviting to answer. Ultimately the recall information was worthless, and my money is on never getting a call about parts arriving. Just based on the guys willingness to answer questions. The inspection and recall work will not take place the same day. This is terrible since no one wants to drive in there twice for no reason. As it turns out, and maybe it's not their fault, but they apparently have a major backup of recall work and no parts for it in stock... Again, according to Mr. No Communication on the phone. I scheduled my inspection and the most the guy said was, I hope it doesn't rain that day. I guess his poor way of saying, we don't like to schedule things ahead. Of course I didn't know that until I arrived in person. When I arrived it was raining and he told me they can't inspect on a rainy day. Of course, any fail would be "discretionary" but rain won't be because it gets Mr. No Communication out of work and human interaction. I understand you can't inspect when it rains. But what can you do? We've found the problem, so what is the solution? It's simple. Be a jerk! Mr. No Communication says, who'd you talk to on the phone, and I know it was probably him, but I say, whoever answered the phone, because he doesn't exactly introduce himself. I asked, what can I do about rescheduling? He says, we don't schedule appointments, you just come in. What?!?! I say, I scheduled for today. He looks at a book and says, there's nothing for today. Wait! You just said you don't schedule and now there's nothing for today? Which is it?! I don't think I'll be going back here unless I have no other choice. I work around electricians, plumbers, contractors and some of these industries are known for arrogance, but I've never dealt with one who deals with people like their lead service man. He's a total jerk, not just on the phone but in person too.

Most of the folks who work there are very nice, especially the young man who works at the service counter. The folks on the sales floor are nice, too, and seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The service department, however, is what prompted me to write this review and it is mixed. I called to inquire about having warranty work done and the answers I was getting didn't make a lot of sense to me. Anyhow, I brought the bike in and the service manager, Reggie, seemed, well, disinterested and vacant. He never greeted me and kept staring into his computer monitor while talking to me. He also wasn't great about calling me back and it seemed like whenever I spoke with him, it was a bother -- like he had better things to do than to talk to me. In the end, however, the work was done, correctly, under warranty, and the bike returned to me without issue. I will probably return for service but I have a vaguely uneasy feeling about Reggie. Maybe I kept reaching him on off-days, but when you're in the service business, I think you should have a more customer-oriented attitude: acknowledge customers, make eye contact, listen to their needs and call them back in a timely fashion.

She charged me $26. I told her last time I didn't pay that much, (about $10 LESS) and insisted I want the cheapest one. She said that WAS the cheapest one. The sneaky con was selling me a 2 pack without telling me, that she knew I didn't need or want. Funny how you pay first before seeing the product you're getting. She gave it to me with the package tore open, so the other bulb would fall out and get ruined. If they know they are leaving you with an extra bulb, they should give you a little piece of tape to close the package. If the bulb falls out and you touch it with your bare skin, it's ruined. I go back again for other bulbs that burned out, same attitude. She asks what kind of bulb I want, and I said the cheapest one. Two male workers were talking to each other in the corner, and the one says to the other, "Cheap! Cheap!" like he was a chirping bird. I was sold a 2 pack again, of blinker bulbs. I specifically said I did not want a 2 pack, unless it was going to be as cheap as 1 bulb. I'm not sure if blinker bulbs have to be bought in a 2 pack or not. I'm guessing not. Takeaway- they increase their profits by selling you what extra they choose to sell you, not what you need, not what you ask for. They hide the product until after you paid. Either this is the general shitty demeanor you can always expect, or maybe it's just reserved for me because I wear a mask. I do notice I get worse attitudes in customer service than people beside me who are not wearing a mask. I will no longer come here. There are too many other Auto Zones to choose from.
