Stay away from this dealer. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I sent them a quote from another dealer that I got for my trade in and price for a new CX-9 I was talking to David if they can get me a better deal. I live an hour away from them and told him that if they cannot give me better deal that I don't want to waste mine and their time. He assured me that they will probably be able to make a deal if I stop by that evening (Which was the last day of the promotion that was very good) So I leave my wife and 3 month old baby that evening to drive an hour to Biggers Mazda and wait for about 40 min until they actually found time to work on my numbers and they came back more expensive than my quote that I emailed to them. I was upset. They did not even try to make the situation better or give me the reasonable and professional explanation about why are they higher. Also Davids manager (Forgot his name) was very rude. He was telling me how my car that I was going to trade in is not good (that same car the other Mazda dealer few days before said that it was in VERY GOOD CONDITION and I had it in writing - Email, they offered me highest blue book value) I can understand if they cannot match or do a better deal than the other dealer but that was the reason why I sent the pricing from the other dealer so that we don't waste each other time. Actually it was two cars, first bought a premium used car, we were so impressed we went back a day later and bought a brand new Mazda, both with Mazda representative Tom Doyle's assistance. we just bought a brand new 2025 CX50 and the experience from start to finish was awesome. Our salesman Jorge Hernandez was very knowledgeable about the different models of cars and answered all of our questions and made the whole process seamless. The way Biggers does the whole car buying process is very interesting and works great. The salesperson handles everything from the minute you walk in the door to the time you leave with your new vehicle. There is no finance department so there is none of that irritating back and forth with the finance manager which is a relief. In my opinion buying a car is also about building relationships / trust , while working towards a sale, and build on future sales within that dealership.
