Bought a pumpkin spice latte and a reg coffee. Both were lukewarm and the latte was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Almost $10 for 2 medium drinks we dumped out. I love Biggbys but this one had a disgusting quirk. Coffee was good, they have drive up only for some reason(maybe staffing?) --but there was a huge spider web and assorted bugs that took up 1/2 of the window. Staff just acted like nothing was off. Do not under any circumstances go to this Biggby coffee location!!! We went here on my daughter's 16th birthday for coffee while we were on vacation and the coffee was so horrid we trashed it. We were unable to go inside because it is closed due to the pandemic, and we didn't feel like sitting in a long line again. I contacted the corporate office to let them know about the issue and I was blown off. Even with proof of purchase, and contacting the CEO they don't care. I have not spoken to the manager, which the corporate office said he/she would call me. This location doesn't care about customers, has no self respect, does not care about customer service. This location will continue pushing crap out the window just to collect the money. I am fixing to blast this Biggby Coffee location all over social media so everyone knows to stay away from it. With customer service, products, and a corporate office that operates in this manner this location should be out of business! read more

When we first arrived at the drive through there was a rather long line but since we enjoy the drinks so much we decided to wait. Once the lady took our order it was another little bit to get to the window. As we arrived she took our card charged it and gave it back and offered us a drink we did not order. She then proceeded to tell us the espresso machine was broken and we could not get 2/3 drinks we ordered. One of the drinks required no coffee and she acted as though she never took our order. Because of the ditzy and unprofessional behavior we were provided with we came to the conclusion to simply leave. If the machine was down the best way to go about it would be to tell the customers as they order the drinks with espresso. Not to mention have the drink you could've made ready and not lose our order then charge us (our money was recredited ). Will try at the next location. read more

I came here on a Friday morning. It was pretty busy and the two staff members were slammed, but did so with efficiency, elegance and a smile. The Americano was perfect and I didn't mind waiting, it was a thing of beauty watching the two barristas make things happen. If I lived here, I'd be here every day. read more

While traveling through stopped for an afternoon coffee. The employees at this location were friendly although they seemed a little overwhelmed despite not being too busy so things took a little longer than normal. Went with a simple, self-serve brew which can sometimes be a toss-up as far as overall quality and freshness. Fortunately, the brew was undoubtably fresh. Came in on a Sunday night about 7:45ish. The girl at the register told me not to order anything special because she already cleaned everything. I said really you don't close for another 15 mins. Than my daughter wanted a sandwich, she said sorry can't do that either, already cleaned everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay with a mom and pop place. read more

I have been a Biggby customer since day one in East Lansing. This store is ok, but some things need attention. The speaker system/stereo is blown up, static, too loud, please fix it. It is quite loud in there, not much fun to be there. It must be a company policy to ask after we order "hot, iced, or frozen?"....super annoying for a regular. I have had a few lattes that I just dumped as they were not assembled correctly. I have hope these items will be addressed. read more

One of the best big chain coffee shops I've been too. All of the ladies and trevor are such a good crew to work with in the mornings before work. I frequent this establishment more then any business in ludington. Never had a bad cup of coffee. I'm pretty indecisive so they like to pick a custom drink for me most of the time. Very quick when im in a rush and always have time for friendly chit chat. Couldnt be more pleased. Way to go guys! Keep it up! read more

I love Biggby but this one needs a little help! Drinks are way too sweet and if you don't order something correctly you get corrected (in a bad and annoying way) by the manager girl or whoever is working. Makes me not want to go.
