Location is in nice area--- almost hidden. They have great coffee. The cappuccino is usually what I get but the nice barista offered to give me a flavor & I tried the hazelnut. Very good! I had gone to the Seatac location for awhile til I had a problem that was not handled right and stopped going. Well started going again and am now done. Got a very lumpy drink, after listening to them talk about unclogging a drain and not getting my drink done. I come to realize I have a lumpy drink. Sent an email to the manager Lindsey to let them know, I got 2 sentence reply stating it looks like whipped cream. Do they just pull a name out of a hat to pick a manager? I am now done with this location. There are other locations that are much better and have better customer service skills. read more

First time here at big foot java in Tacoma, the choices are great, not like Starbucks but that's okay, it's cheaper. PLUS! 24 hours! Waited here for almost 20 minutes a little annoyed because there's only 1 worker. Why only 1?? There should be more then 1 worker so everything would move faster. But it is what it is. The location is kind of out there. I wouldn't have known this was there if I hadn't used yelp. However I have to met that the location is a great place because it's hidden and easy to get to. As always their coffee is wonderful. If you haven't had their white coffee I suggested. Just be prepared has more caffeine in it. Convenient and open 24 hours but the coffee is mediocre as I prefer strong coffee flavor as opposed to mostly steamed milk and sugar. Love the Italian sodas though... Always refreshing. Staff is always friendly as well. read more

By far the SLOWEST coffee stand I have ever been to! I waited in line for 45 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. The girl working on the other side served 15 cars in the time it took the other girl to serve 3! I was a barista for 3 years and even if the car orders 5 drinks it should take 6 minutes tops! When I finally got to the window the girl was counting her tips! She didn't stop and start to make my drink.... She just kept counting. The girl in the other window had to tell her to help me first. Moral of the story... If you don't have an hour to spare in the morning... Go get coffee somewhere else! read more

would rate this location zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly at any other location. I came with two of my cousins and we were each ordering one drink and paying separately because we each have our own account and we were going to pay with our balances on our account well right off the bat the girl has an attitude And tells us she can only do up to two transaction per car I asked her why she said just because and walked off and the other girl came and asked for our order and she said same thing I asked why that I was even willing to leave and come back if that was the case and she said no that's our big foot policy only two transactions per vehicle. I have never heard that in my life and I have gone to other big foot locations since then and I have asked about that so called policy and all have said there is no such thing. Its not about the bean. BFJ is selling coffee in one of the biggest coffee markets in the world. Do they have good coffee, of course they do or they wouldn't have dozens of stands all over the Seattle metro area. But is it all about the coffee? Is it if they can make it hot, iced, or blended? No, its not. Its not just about the coffee for anyone that stops on a regular basis like I do. Its about the social interactions, the customer service and the relationships we build. What I like most about my BFJ is not just the fact I get my drink the way I want it every morning without even asking, its about the friendships and the social interaction I get to have. Its about becoming part of the BFJ family and realizing how hard these employees work to make sure they know who you are and what you want. In this town you cant throw a stone without hitting a Starbucks and they know it. The problem is, I can go into the same Starbucks over and over again and they will act like they have never seen me before, even if they do recognize me. People, I am a foodie and someone who really demands good customer service. One aspect that really sticks out at BFJ is the consistency in their customer service. Rain or shine, 5am on a Monday or 5pm on a Friday great customer service that seems to be getting lost from our social and digital interactions in this era is still deeply rooted in the business model at BFJ, and no matter how much we just want the best price, or the best flavor, you can never beat the best service. read more

WELL FOR STARTERS...worst mistake to go down there at 12 o'clock AM. Made a pit stop down there thinking it was going to be nothing but positivity but instead it ended up being all negative. Whoever was working at 12 am on July 25 needs to lighten up a bit or something!!! I shouldn't have to repeat my order twice for someone to mess it up regardless and then to put a totally different mix in my cup and then to correct whoever it was to then just to waste the cups and then have a mini tantrum like it couldn't have been washed off. I went up there not even a "hello how are you today?!" Or NOTHING! I get a "do you know what you want?" I told them if I could get two blue raspberry shimmery Red Bull's for them to tell me and a friend "I don't have any shimmer" so then I said "ok so make it without the shimmer". This is what ticked me off!!!! DONT ASK ME WHAT SIZE I WANT THEM BOTH FOR YOU TO THINK IT WAS OK TO PUT IT IN A SIZE THAT I DIDNT WANT...while they were helping another customer, I seen whoever put a different mix in our cups and told her that I had asked for blue raspberry and gave me this "ugly unhappy look" as if I was making her job harder than it is. This stand has gotten on my nerves lately. Every time I come here I get told something different. I got a loyalty card, was not told I needed to activate it. When I came back next time they said oh you have to activate it and you'll have a free drink on here. Went back today and no free drink and no points. Was told you don't earn points until you activate. I've spent a long time in line here also ( avg 8mins before ordering) even when there is only one car. If there is more than two cars at the stand most of the time I won't even stop because it will take so long. Unfortunately the setup of the stand also doesn't allow you to be served in turn. I work at night so going here is convenient but I will be looking for another alternative to Starbucks or just getting coffee at work when I don't have time to make it at home. They did give my dogs biscuits though which I gave them these stars for. read more

I love my experience here every single time. The amount of kindness I receive through the window keeps me coming back quite frequently. There's 5 girls that I tend to run into more often, I think they've been there a little longer than the rest. Their names are Emily, Rachael, Eve, Alyssa, and Claire. I hope I got all of those right. Their iced white coffee with coconut is amazing! I can't find it anywhere else. I've tried lots of other drinks and smoothies on the menu and they're all great! Unfortunately, it can get pretty busy there. That's probably the only negative thing I have to say about Bigfoot. read more

could not speak any higher of this place! love love love them .....service is always excellent and beverage quality is too....I go there so much it's more like having a quick visit with friends than it is going to get coffee...they get super busy on the weekends with sometimes 5 cars deep on each of the two drive up windows but they get everybody thru as fast as they can and always with a smile!!
