The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, the public restroom was in poor condition during my visit (dirty surfaces, visible stains, and general neglect). While restrooms aren't the main reason people come here, they can be a reflection of overall cleanliness standards. If the same level of care was applied to the restroom as to the drinks and customer service, this place could easily be a 5-star stop. Lots of people were working or studying on their laptop. Wifi was fast -- no lag! Lofi music was played in the background and volume was moderate -- chatter level. You do need to ask for bathroom code though. The employees were friendly and helpful. Can't say much about the drinks since I just ordered a 16 oz. Iced Americano but it was good!
