We've come here twice and have been satisfied each time. Our orders include the bulgogi bowl and the galbi bowl. This is a cute little family owned business run by a cute elderly couple. They sell fresh yummy kimchi! :)

The employees there are so sweet. We were treated very kindly and everyone in the kitchen came out to say goodbye to us when we got our pickup order. The food was also super good! I got a bibimbap bowl with teriyaki chicken and japchae and it was super yummy. My husband got a bulgolgi burrito. We will be going back.

This place is amazing! My husband and I love the Big Bite Bowl. The bowl is made with fresh, flavorful ingredients and you get a lot of food. Finally, the staff is so friendly, I always receive such a warm welcome whenever I stop in.

Quick service and unique blend of Korean and Mexican dishes. The staff are so cheerful and friendly. Have options for vegetarians.

BigBite is located right next to my job. I see it every morning and hoped to try it. Yesterday I was starving so I put in an order online. The service was super quick! I ordered a spicy chicken bowl, my husband had the spicy chicken burrito and we ordered a side of Chicken Katsu. The spice of the chicken was perfect. I loved all the veggies and flavor. My husband did not want vegetables but I'm glad they gave him some anyway. He needs some good veggies in his life. The Katsu with the sauce was delicious. When I came to pick up my order the sweet couple who own the restaurant greeted me! I absolutely loved that. They are too cute. Will try more items with my fellow coworkers soon.

Delicious food, reasonable prices and very friendly staff! We're very happy to have a good Korean restaurant close to home. We tried the Chili shrimp bowl, the B-beam bowl and the Chicken Katsu bowl, with a side of fried dumplings. They were so kind to bring us out some free food to try! Everything was well-liked by everyone, even the 15yo boy.

The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, which immediately set a positive tone for the experience. The menu offered a great variety with plenty of options, and I really appreciated that items were clearly marked to indicate whether they contained raw fish. That's a thoughtful touch that makes the menu more approachable for guests who may be new to sushi or prefer cooked options. Presentation-wise, the rolls looked fantastic and were plated beautifully. The flavors were good as well. However, the one thing that held the experience back for me was the portion size of the rolls. Some of them were extremely large--my Rock & Roll was so big that fitting a single piece comfortably in my mouth was a challenge. Sushi is traditionally meant to be eaten in one bite to enjoy the balance of rice, fish, and fillings. When the pieces get too large, it can throw off that balance and make the eating experience a bit messy. I also found the eel sauce to be unusually thick--almost molasses-like--which didn't quite have the smooth, glossy texture I typically enjoy. Overall, it's still a solid spot worth trying, especially if you enjoy larger rolls and generous portions. For me personally, the size of the rolls disrupted the balance I look for in sushi, so it may not become my regular spot--but others may really enjoy it.

I wish the rolls had more variety - we got a few different rolls, but all looked and tasty similar (just different fish). Ambiance: 5/5 - it was nice overall, we had a long table to ourselves and was undisturbed overall!

It's not very salty, which is what I like and it's a good serving size (sometime too big so my husband finishes it for me). It comes with salt and pepper for more seasoning, and a few side dishes. My husband usually gets their fried chicken and he's tried all their flavors, now he ventures on to other dishes. Always a great experience! The servers are very attentive and they come by all the time to check on you, refill waters, and offer you more of their banchans. I love their cucumber side dish and their kimchi. I always get refills on those. They are a little on the pricier side, but totally worth it. Overall, definitely recommend! It's best to come early to find parking since it does tend to be super busy. I'm so happy they built a Cho Dang in Plano!…read more This place is one of my favorite go-tos for Korean tofu soup & short ribs (galbi). I love ordering the combos so I get a little bit of everything that I want. The portions are decent if you're hungry & want to finish everything OR if you're not too hungry, eat half, and take the other half to-go for lunch the next day. The service is aligned with what you'd expect from a Korean place. Some of the older ladies working there are so sweet and helpful, especially if you tell them it's your first time, and some of them seem more intimidating and aggressive. Typically there isn't a wait for tables. Only times I've waited for a table are peak weekend dinner hours. The most I waited was maybe 15 minutes, as their service is quite fast for a sit down restaurant. This location has seats where you can store your personal belongings in them!

They have a variety of tofu soup options, along with other traditional Korean dishes. My table of four ordered a seafood pancake, various tofu soups, and kalbi. The seafood pancake was disappointing-- there was very little seafood and the center was mushy, not crispy. I got the intestine tofu soup in medium spicy, which had large chunks of intestine and generous helpings of tofu. The soup portions are so large, I didn't even finish my rice. As for the side dishes/banchan, nothing really stood out. As for the service, we were seated and helped really quickly, but pretty much left alone for the remainder of the meal. The prices here are decent, especially if you share a combo meat and soup with a friend.
