Last night we tried Big Bowl Bite and Burrito and it was absolutely amazing. We ordered the Big Bite bowl, one bulgogi bowl, and two teriyaki bowls for the kids, all to go. The service was fantastic. I believe it was the owner or manager who handed us the food. He was so kind and polite and even gave us four Moon Pies for free. The food was delicious and I honestly could not find one thing to complain about. The portions were great, everything was fresh, and it traveled really well for takeout. The food is good and reasonable! Korean bulgogi is my new carnivore obsession. I know there are probably a few carbs in the sauce but it is a small sacrifice I make. I ordered just the bulgogi with extra meat and it was perfect. My friend ordered the bulgogi bowl with a fried egg it was her first experience with Korean food. I got there early, in fact my friend forgot so I had to wait for her to arrive. She lives within a few blocks of downtown McKinney so it took about 15 minutes to get there. The weather outside was beautiful, but too bright to see my phone so I went inside and asked if they minded if I sat inside while I waited. They were so kind and helpful. The girl asked me if I wanted something to drink and when I asked for Iced Tea she brought me a bottle from the refrigerator. They don't have fountain drinks, just bottled sodas, juice, tea and water. The place is clean and cheery. I use a walker so I am always concerned about handicapped accommodations and the place is spacious as well as the bathroom fully accessible. Looking forward to visiting with my family. read more

The employees there are so sweet. We were treated very kindly and everyone in the kitchen came out to say goodbye to us when we got our pickup order. The food was also super good! BigBite is located right next to my job. I see it every morning and hoped to try it. Yesterday I was starving so I put in an order online. The service was super quick! I ordered a spicy chicken bowl, my husband had the spicy chicken burrito and we ordered a side of Chicken Katsu. The spice of the chicken was perfect. I loved all the veggies and flavor. My husband did not want vegetables but I'm glad they gave him some anyway. He needs some good veggies in his life. The Katsu with the sauce was delicious.
