We used Big Wave Window last year having them just do the outside of all of our 24 windows plus a sliding glass door. They did an excellent job so this year I called them to not only do all the windows but blow off our roof and blow out all of our rain gutters. Jack gave me an accurate quote over the phone, and stuck to the quote on arrival (so many service people try to up-sell after arrival). His team of 3 guys did all the windows on my 3 level condo. I used to do my own windows for 25 years--and they've never been so clean as what Jack's team did yesterday. I'll never do them again myself. I hired Big Wave based on the reviews. They were quick to respond with a quote and upon arrival to do the work the person they sent was courteous and started to work right away. However, I am not certain why the work was cut short and so poorly done, and to make matters worse, he did not clean up after himself. My concern began when he was done within 35 minutes. He came to my door and told me he was done- I was surprised and decided to do a walk through before I paid. To my disbelief, he literally used a blower to essentially dump the leaves gathered in the gutters onto the floor of my front and back yard. He had also told me he was charging me $50 extra to also blow the roof top to ensure nothing else got into the gutter, which I agreed to, since it seemed reasonable at the time. I noticed upon inspection that my porch, window sills, front yard and back yard area and landscaping was full of dirt and debris and I pointed it out to him. He said he would clean it. I then advised him that this should be done and not left for me to do since this defeats the whole purposes of paying his company to clean the gutters. I then notice he grabs my water hose and hoses off my porch and all of the debris back onto my landscaping. I then told him that he should not be watering my porch and then sending everything back down into the front yard área, he agreed and then started to blow the leaves. I am beyond disappointed, regret paying for such horrible work and although the worker which is the owner was nice, he left a lot of debris behind in my back yard and around my property, which I had to later in the evening clean with a sprained arm. I feel like the reviews I read either got them on a good day or they decided to just give me subpar service and take my money. read more

I got really good service from them late last year on a job cleaning gutters in Glendale. I couldn't be there when they came out so they sent me photos of the work so I could check it. The price was very reasonable and the management very responsive. After the next rain a few weeks later, I called them back to clear a downspout that was blocked and they came out quickly and cleared it. We are a two-story 8-unit condo complex in Pasadena. The HOA hired Big Wave Window to clean all the exterior windows after the complex was freshly painted. Jack came out for a look-see and gave us a good quote. We had to delay the work while the HOA approval process ground on, but he was able to quickly schedule the work once we got the okay. He and his helper were prompt, pleasant, and unobtrusive as they worked. They did an excellent job and also cleaned the screens as a bonus! It took about 4-5 hours.
