By 2:00 PM--an hour and a half after my scheduled time--my car was still sitting untouched in a random spot outside. Not a single person came to update me or explain the delay. When I finally went to investigate myself, the staff brushed it off and acted like this was completely normal. What is the point of forcing customers to schedule an appointment if you are just going to ignore it and leave cars sitting for hours? Avoid this service department if you value your time.

Tuesday comes no update, then Friday comes no update again, so I call to finally get an answer that they still don't have my key prepared. 3 days later I get a update that my key is on a back order, and they don't know exactly when my key comes, it will just be sometime in September. At this point I have no vehicle and I needed transportation to get to Miami where I was working at the time. For 2-3 months I had to go from Miami to Orlando with NO VEHICLE, when I asked about a loaner they told me I qualify for a loaner because of a policy they have, but they want me to pay $1,230 for a key???? Horrible service and made this situation a huge inconvenience.

And good prices. So, last week, we bought another used car from them. Same open, patient treatment. They didn't offer the greatest price on the trade-in, so we went elsewhere for that. But Holler gave us a good deal, and they've really earned our confidence.

She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. Dexter one of the managers was also very helpful very polite very professional. The other manager, whose name I also can't all at the moment was also very polite and professional. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.

There was a price discrepancy between the $379 I had booked and the $479 they had listed for the full service on their documentation in store, but he honored my online appointment amount and I got a car wash wish I hadn't been offered as complimentary at any previous Subaru dealership.
