I drove a little farther and saw Trout Trailer. it is one of those little places that you drive by a hundred times and don't really notice. But it is exactly what I needed. The tech said he would try to bend the wheel back into shape and see if it would hold the tire but that failed. When I asked if they had a replacement wheel they did. And it was only 40 bucks plus tire installation. exactly matches the other wheels on my camper and I was out the door and rolling in about 20 minutes. They sell trailers, repair trailers, fix wheels and tires on trailers, and can fix trailer brakes electrical parts etc. when it's time for me to get my trailer brakes worked on I am definitely coming back.
