I asked them about it, they stated they did nothing but the repairs i asked for. I took it to another mechanic, and they showed me that whomever worked on the vehicle broke some things under the hood! They wouldn't own up to what they did, gave me a bad catalytic converter, and i had to pay for another one. I unfortunately had to bring my car back because if the warranty, and the check engine light coming back on because of it, and when i got my car back, my car was shaking ahain and it was not shaking initially. These guys have no idea what they are doing, dont take accountability, fast talk to try to grt you to believe that they didnt mess up. Stay away!!!!!

Collision repair, they delayed the repairs on my car twice already because they got the wrong dam…read moreparts. This is far from being a good review. I've never been this dissatisfied with Franks Collision ever. But this time my experience is terrible. I'm in a rental, and Jordan at Franks said he would try to find a way to help me on this. I shouldn't have to pay more because they got the wrong part. That's their responsibility. Now they gone from completion date 07/14 to 07/18 to 07/23. They've had my car since the 29th of June. I believe if the time ever arises again where I would need a Body shop, I will shop around first and try to go some where else. God Bless everyone!

Very disapointing and a waste of my time searching. First thought was to go to Hyundai. I described the problem and they said they would be replacing the transmission as they do not do repair work and it would be about $7000. Keep in mind they hadn't even looked at it but there was a significant charge for even a code reader. I had already read mine and nothing was showing. I took it to A1 and Miguel said they would take a look at it. After taking it for a short drive the mechanic came back with his tablet and said it's nothing that a seven dollar can of Seafoam won't solve. I have a clogged injector. I used the seafoam and my car drives like new. There was no charge for the Diagnostic! I'm green when it comes to auto mechanics and could've easily been taken for a ride. I do have 152,000 miles on my car sooner or later I will need transmission work and this is the place I will bring my car.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently.
