I called Kyle McKibbon about a used Verona LE. He initially responded quickly and said that he…read morewould follow up on the questions that I asked about the price and condition of the coach. After two phone calls, multiple texts, and three days later, Kyle gave me no answers. He said that he was waiting for the boss to give him an answer, then said that the boss was in meetings all day, then said that he (Kyle) was at a Renegade function and when I asked to talk with someone else, he said that the non-answer must have been an answer "no" to my question. Wow! That is pathetic customer service! If it took three days to not get an answer on four rear tires, how long would it take to write up and process the deal and get the coach serviced so I could pick it up? He admitted that they had the coach unsold for 6 months and had another buyer that had not been able to get it bought either . I certainly know why.

No need to spend your time looking elsewhere you will not find anyone with better customer service, and the deals that they do here. My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

We spoke with finance he asked if we could make it in before end of month, in July. We told him we would make that happen. The finance guy stated he would let the front end know we were coming in on Wednesday, this communication all happen a week before. We are coming 4 hours from Chandler so we headed out on Tuesday, July 28. Half way through our travel we get a phone call from asking us to wait and come out on Saturday. We let hiim we were helf way in our travels so we were not turning around. We told him we would be there wednesday moring. We get there Wednesday morning 9:00am, the coach was in the back and they were cleaning it, we were rushed through and into finance. We agreed on terms and monthly price and signed documents. They had done no repairs on the coach they waited until Saturday to fix the windshield, smog and panel repair. We had told them we need to leave by 12:00 because of traffic and the 4+ hour drive. At 3:00pm the coach goes to the staging area and the service tech comes in and can not figure out what connection he needs for the airhose to staple the paneling down. At that point we said stop we will fix it that was at 4:00pm. We get home at 9:30pm and go to bed. We get up the next morning and want to take a look at the coach. The steps would not come down so we had to fix that. We put the awnings out and they need repairs. The microwave is not installed correctly so the door opens up and the glass plate flys out. THe refridgerator was dirty so I thought, no it was rusted and black mold. The leveling jacks have a wiring issues it beeps telling you it has a wiring issue. The gas doors have no key so the dealership forced it open yesterday to fuel it and did not tell anyone. The driveside mirror is broken and shakes. The paneling is falling in 2 locations. Then the finance guy calls and says "The interest rate is better but your payment is higher because the terms are shorter" WHAT! The finance guy did not read the document correctly so the contract is null and void. We told him you need to figure this out. The Sales manager Lynn calls and we let him know we will take the coach with a $10,303 reduction because of all the issues. He said he would get back to us, they then agreed to that. Next day we went to pull the coach out of storage and the from dash air conditioner does not work. That was it we called them and told them to come get the piece of shit and refund our deposit. They came and got and refunded the deposit that was given to them on credit card over the phone, but the cash we gave them in person we still have not received. We were told by Tom that when they come to pick up the coach the driver will have the check, he did not. When I call they say the check is in the mail, it is not. I called their Controller, Colleen she said the check needs to be signed and the owners will not been back in Chandler until Monday the 17th. Still no check and I have USPS informed delivery and it does not show a check on the way. I have left messages for Colleen and no return call. All we want is the balance of our deposit.

The team had me remove my off-road vehicle from the trailer, they took the trailer into the shop, and then later placed the trailer back onto my vehicle -- but did not latch or secure it. This was never communicated to me, and it is not stated anywhere in their paperwork. Several employees stood outside and watched while I began loading my off-road vehicle back onto the trailer, and no one warned me that the trailer had not been secured. As soon as weight went onto the trailer, it shifted forward and hit my SUV, causing damage to the rear of the vehicle. When I brought this to their attention, the business took no responsibility and said it was "their policy" not to latch trailers, even though they still placed it on my vehicle. The owner, Mike Pauly, also showed no interest in helping resolve the situation. While I acknowledge that I should have double-checked the latch myself, I reasonably expected a professional trailer shop to communicate safety risks and not return a trailer to a customer in an unsecured condition. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to be very careful when doing business here.
