Employees Dakoda, Mario and Chance came out, replaced the skylight and roof flashing and a nearby turtle vent with no issues. They installed and tied-in the new shingles to manufacturer's specifications and the job looks great. Since then we have had several severe rains and experienced no leaks at the repaired area. The story changed each of the few times he would actually answer. Mostly nonresponsive. Very poor communication and what communication there was, was basically all lies.
