The return policy on the receipt is for any merchandise returned and accompanied by a receipt the purchase price will be refunded by the method of payment (ie. cash = cash, debit = debit). The employees insisted that the only way the purse could be returned was to give them the purse and wait for 4 - 6 weeks for a check. We had to argue for over 20 minutes to agree to put the refund on the debit card. Will think twice before coming back...

If you see the Canada Goose Antarctica logo in your neighborhood, your rent's about to go up!…read more The positives: The staff: very positive, very helpful, and very friendly. The did a great job explaining the brand and how much the brand stands behind their products. They'll repair them imperfectly for free, or repair them perfectly for a fee. Almost as good as the gold-standard Patagonia warranty! They also explained that this the the only Canada Goose store in US! Finally Anchorage is #1 in something that's not embarrassing! The negatives: If you're one of those folks that says the phrase "Patagucci"...you are about to be humbled. And by humbled, I mean pancaked by a drunk dump truck driver! The prices here are out-of-this-world. Want a beanie? Well, in Canada they call 'em toques. But a toque will run you a smooth $125 here. Just about every jacket is around $900. Many are extremely similar to Patagonia jackets that could be had for $250.

They're just messing around with one another. I was waiting in line for a good while. Not too long, about 5 minutes. My problem is, the girl knew I was in line and even looked at me a few times but she continued to ignore me and talk with fellow co workers. It's so awkward, just standing there waiting to be helped. Especially when they know you're there. They obviously don't want your business. When she was ready to help me check out... nose deep in her phone as she walked to the register. Oh haha, and she continued to be on the phone as checking me out. I would understand maybe if she had an emergency? But she obviously didn't. It's very unprofessional. I won't shop at this location again. Go to 5th Avenue or maybe online.

BUT Circular's clothing and jewelry are so beyond just "better" than what you usually find in Anchorage. I really think it would be my go-to store if I still lived in Seattle or San Diego.
