We had to argue for over 20 minutes to agree to put the refund on the debit card. Will think twice before coming back...

The negatives: If you're one of those folks that says the phrase "Patagucci"...you are about to be humbled. And by humbled, I mean pancaked by a drunk dump truck driver! The prices here are out-of-this-world. Want a beanie? Well, in Canada they call 'em toques. But a toque will run you a smooth $125 here. Just about every jacket is around $900. Many are extremely similar to Patagonia jackets that could be had for $250.

It does make a difference when someone openly asks you what they can help you with. The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. Overall amazing customer service, and I appreciate how they all work together. Thank you to the team at Buckle for being some amazing workers!
