Jackets/coats galore - and in all sizes. Eddie B. also had a ton of sales going on, up to 70%! Workers were welcoming and efficient. The return policy on the receipt is for any merchandise returned and accompanied by a receipt the purchase price will be refunded by the method of payment (ie. cash = cash, debit = debit). The employees insisted that the only way the purse could be returned was to give them the purse and wait for 4 - 6 weeks for a check. We had to argue for over 20 minutes to agree to put the refund on the debit card. Will think twice before coming back...

Their workers welcomed us, gave us space, and were there for us once we needed them. Vans sells quality clothing, shoe wear, and accessories. Also skateboards. The entire back of the store is where there are shoes for the whole family. They even have a convenient "find your size" rubber mat for the kiddos. Lots of shoes to choose from and in the sizes we needed. Of course we'll be back.

The did a great job explaining the brand and how much the brand stands behind their products. They'll repair them imperfectly for free, or repair them perfectly for a fee. Almost as good as the gold-standard Patagonia warranty! They also explained that this the the only Canada Goose store in US! Finally Anchorage is #1 in something that's not embarrassing! The negatives: If you're one of those folks that says the phrase "Patagucci"...you are about to be humbled. And by humbled, I mean pancaked by a drunk dump truck driver! The prices here are out-of-this-world. Want a beanie? Well, in Canada they call 'em toques. But a toque will run you a smooth $125 here. Just about every jacket is around $900. Many are extremely similar to Patagonia jackets that could be had for $250.

My problem is, the girl knew I was in line and even looked at me a few times but she continued to ignore me and talk with fellow co workers. It's so awkward, just standing there waiting to be helped. Especially when they know you're there. They obviously don't want your business. When she was ready to help me check out... nose deep in her phone as she walked to the register. I would like to start off with just how helpful the employees are, I know part of the greeting is…read morescripted. It does make a difference when someone openly asks you what they can help you with. The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. Overall amazing customer service, and I appreciate how they all work together. Thank you to the team at Buckle for being some amazing workers!
