If you need gear for the cold and are only a casual hiker: this is the place to go. You pay the big bucks for cold weather gear that is light and breathable (if you need this, go to AMH), but if you just need cold gear for short hikes, or walking around town, or working outside: this is the place. I was impressed by how cheap their gloves are. I might start buying my ice climbing gloves here, instead of REI/AMH. If you're an Extratufsexual, you'll have a lot to chose from here.

Jackets/coats galore - and in all sizes. Eddie B. also had a ton of sales going on, up to 70%! Workers were welcoming and efficient. The negatives: If you're one of those folks that says the phrase "Patagucci"...you are about to be humbled. And by humbled, I mean pancaked by a drunk dump truck driver! The prices here are out-of-this-world. Want a beanie? Well, in Canada they call 'em toques. But a toque will run you a smooth $125 here. Just about every jacket is around $900. Many are extremely similar to Patagonia jackets that could be had for $250.

The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. I was told by my coworkers I should try the trendy Hoka since I'm on my feet for 13 hours. I have bilateral deformities in my feet and finding shoes that don't cause blisters in these areas is very challenging. For $160, I was optimistic.... but after one day if wearing my feet were in agony. I put them back in the box with a plan to return in my next free day. In the interim I lost the receipt. Thankfully since they have a record if all my purchases, I was able to get a full refund without any problems.
