I really wanted to love Big Papi's Food because the food itself was delicious clearly made with care and packed with flavor. However, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I waited 55 minutes for my order, only to find out it had been skipped entirely. If I hadn't spoken up, it likely would have been forgotten altogether. When I finally did get my food, a few items were missing from the order, which made the long wait even more frustrating. I could see the staff was working hard, and I don't doubt their dedication but the system needs serious improvement. Orders need to be tracked better, and communication with customers should be more proactive. A great product should be matched with great service. read more

Best tacos in Maryland! Tried it today for the first time and was blown away! It's located in a business park, but don't let that fool you! The flavor is out of this world. They don't have seating, so we took our tacos, nachos, and quesadillas to go and had a lovely lunch outside at a nearby picnic table. Definitely plan to go back soon. White they did indeed come with these items, the way they were served was very odd. Basically we had a bowl of tortilla chips, which were quite flavorless and a bit stale, then dixie cups with pico, sour cream, and room temp gelatinous cheese sauce. Very odd in the serving method, not a fan.

Everything was delicious... the sauces are very good... the corn desert was a hit with the late teens and 20 somethings... the tacos --eveything really-- is authentic! Not too expensive. Completely reliable. Delicious!!!
