They are charging just as much as some of the other mid to high end Mexican restaurants so you can definitely do better in Frederick.

I really wanted to love Big Papi's Food because the food itself was delicious clearly made with care and packed with flavor. However, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I waited 55 minutes for my order, only to find out it had been skipped entirely. If I hadn't spoken up, it likely would have been forgotten altogether. When I finally did get my food, a few items were missing from the order, which made the long wait even more frustrating. I could see the staff was working hard, and I don't doubt their dedication but the system needs serious improvement. Orders need to be tracked better, and communication with customers should be more proactive. A great product should be matched with great service. read more

Every component felt intentional, from the tortillas to the refried beans, and it all came together in that comforting, "this is how it's supposed to taste" way. And the coffee? Easily some of the best I've had anywhere. Rich, smooth, and strong without being harsh. It's the kind of cup that makes you pause for a second because it's that good.
