6 hours to get 2 over priced tires and an over priced alignment service done. This was with a scheduled appointment for their opening time at 9am. Appointments aren't even real since they let whoever bum rush the doors and don't ask if anyone has an appointment. Nobody was rude but like who cares at that point I basically worked the opening shift with them by leaving finally after 2pm when the services were finally completed. read more

This was my first time using Big O. I usually use the other brand. Big O opened a store very close to my house so I figured I'd give them a try. The service and expertise I received was top notch. They found my rear wheels were out of alignment and I had them realign them. The other place didn't do alignments, so I save time and an extra trip. I would like to give Hayden G a huge shout out for his service today. We took our trailer in to have the tires replaced. To our surprise, there were locking lug nuts on the wheels. We had purchased the trailer used several years ago and no one said anything about locking lugs. Big O had to break the lug nuts off but then the lug nut size was different than anything they had. So, they called around to other places to find the right size. Hayden and Big O went above and beyond to get us the tires we needed to make our trip safe. Overpriced Tire Mounting - Wish I Had Checked First I brought in two brand‑new trailer tires and two rims that I had already purchased elsewhere, and I was charged $140 just to mount them. For context, the tires themselves cost me $100 total, so the mounting fee alone was more expensive than the tires. Afterward, I checked around and realized most shops in the area charge significantly less for the exact same service. That part is on me for not asking ahead of time, but the price I was charged here was far beyond normal and felt unreasonable. This also didn't include the disposal fee for the old tires, which was an additional cost. The work was done, but the pricing was not transparent and was much higher than competitors. I left feeling taken advantage of, and I wouldn't return based on this experience. I recommend calling around first so you don't end up in the same situation. read more

Horrible ! So there is a 49.99 coupon online that is shown everywhere. This Surprise AZ location has sheets of paper all over stating that procing has gone up 30% to 40% due to issues in Straits of Hormuz. I see an email on front desk stating from management that this was not legit and to give regular online special for anyone that fusses/complains about it. They didn't want to see everyone get the same discount but management understand about "2/10" customers (excatly what email said). This is truly price gouging as knowing pricing will not go back to normal. Beware and go at your own risk. I am taking my business elsewhere and never going back. Best part was after calling it out, they pulled that email from the front desk as do no one else noticed it. read more

We've been customers at this Big O Tires for years and even referred our daughter here. But we won't be back. We brought in a 6-month-old Interstate battery that was still under the 24-month manufacturer's warranty to be tested. After testing it, Jason claimed it was "good" but needed a charge. Hours went by with no follow-up. When we called to check the status of our battery, suddenly Jason couldn't find our original purchase... even though we provided our name, phone number, and vehicle details. (Strangely, Jason had no trouble retrieving our information with just a phone number when I dropped the battery off that same morning.) Once we offered to provide an invoice # for the original purchase, the excuses changed: first it was about needing a receipt (we had it), then that the warranty wasn't valid (it was -- original purchase was 10/2023), and finally, that it could only be exchanged once...which is NOT in the manufacturer's policy. Nor could they provide this stipulation in writing. Even after confirming the battery had a bad cell, they still refused to honor the warranty and pushed the responsibility elsewhere. Shady. Unprofessional. And completely unacceptable. If they're willing to lie about a battery, what else are they cutting corners on? read more

Walked in to inquire about new tires for my truck. Was helped by Jeremy who informed me about Big-O Bigfoot A/T II (which I wasn't even aware were a thing). Thought he was just trying to sell me on their own line of tires but upon quick research from independent reviewers, found that they were highly rated. He could have easily sold me name brand tires with less included features for more money but wanted to get me better tires for less money. All the guys working there were friendly and courteous. At the recommendation of the service person, who was very helpful, I had them just replace all four tires with new Cooper tires that should last 65,000 miles. Last visit was told could no longer do an oil change pan needed to be replaced was quoted over 2k. Had someone look at and told it could be repaired. went to by new tires astronomical price on buy 2 get 2 free. went to discount tire 1/2 the price quoted for the same tire.
