Big O Tires - Fixing my tire - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

6 hours to get 2 over priced tires and an over priced alignment service done. This was with a scheduled appointment for their opening time at 9am. Appointments aren't even real since they let whoever bum rush the doors and don't ask if anyone has an appointment. Nobody was rude but like who cares at that point I basically worked the opening shift with them by leaving finally after 2pm when the services were finally completed. read more

Needed some emergency tires and Big O helped alot with getting me a set that was not a pocket destroyer. Tough to get "cheap" tires now a days and especially for a truck. Mario helped alot with getting me set up. Everyone at the shop was professional and courteous. read more

Simple service for this visit: tires rotation. Completed in timely manner. Price is right. All tires pressure was set to same reading. Customer care is tops. Will return for future services. read more

I have been using this store for several years now and it's progressively getting worse. I got 4 new tires put on three months ago from this tire shop, within a few days I started finding weights in my garage and two months later my car was shaking on the freeway. I had to take a day off work to sit at their shop to fix a problem with their services and I got no apologies only vender excuses. I can find a new tire shop that uses quality parts and doesn't waist my time. read more

Horrible service! Standing in line and both were just at computer.. One of them acknowledged me and said "we will be right with you. Then ignores for another 5 min.... Then answers phones from other customers calling in while I'm waiting at the store.... I would think they would at least take the In person customer..... lost my business.... Discount tires here i come!!! read more

I would like to give Hayden G a huge shout out for his service today. We took our trailer in to have the tires replaced. To our surprise, there were locking lug nuts on the wheels. We had purchased the trailer used several years ago and no one said anything about locking lugs. Big O had to break the lug nuts off but then the lug nut size was different than anything they had. So, they called around to other places to find the right size. Hayden and Big O went above and beyond to get us the tires we needed to make our trip safe. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND SERVICE, ITS MUCH APPRECIATED!! read more

Very good timely service. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything throughly.

I made an appointment with Big O tires to have my oil changed and the coolant flushed and changed in my radiator at the Big O Tires store on Grand Ave, in Surprise AZ. There was a young gentleman working the service desk named Jakob Tucker there to assist me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He informed me of a few issues that need attention down the road and explained to me what they were. His professionalism was very much appreciated. I will be doing more business with Big O tires. read more

My last review of this location was honest and how I felt. The owner called me to see what had happened and assured me that it would be corrected. We will try them again in the next few weeks. read more

This was my first time using Big O. I usually use the other brand. Big O opened a store very close to my house so I figured I'd give them a try. The service and expertise I received was top notch. They found my rear wheels were out of alignment and I had them realign them. The other place didn't do alignments, so I save time and an extra trip. I've now found a new store for my tire and auto service needs close by. The cost for the tires and service was comparable to the other place. read more

We've been customers at this Big O Tires for years and even referred our daughter here. But we won't be back. We brought in a 6-month-old Interstate battery that was still under the 24-month manufacturer's warranty to be tested. After testing it, Jason claimed it was "good" but needed a charge. Hours went by with no follow-up. When we called to check the status of our battery, suddenly Jason couldn't find our original purchase... even though we provided our name, phone number, and vehicle details. (Strangely, Jason had no trouble retrieving our information with just a phone number when I dropped the battery off that same morning.) Once we offered to provide an invoice # for the original purchase, the excuses changed: first it was about needing a receipt (we had it), then that the warranty wasn't valid (it was -- original purchase was 10/2023), and finally, that it could only be exchanged once...which is NOT in the manufacturer's policy. Nor could they provide this stipulation in writing. Even after confirming the battery had a bad cell, they still refused to honor the warranty and pushed the responsibility elsewhere. Shady. Unprofessional. And completely unacceptable. If they're willing to lie about a battery, what else are they cutting corners on? read more

Overpriced Tire Mounting - Wish I Had Checked First I brought in two brand‑new trailer tires and two rims that I had already purchased elsewhere, and I was charged $140 just to mount them. For context, the tires themselves cost me $100 total, so the mounting fee alone was more expensive than the tires. Afterward, I checked around and realized most shops in the area charge significantly less for the exact same service. That part is on me for not asking ahead of time, but the price I was charged here was far beyond normal and felt unreasonable. This also didn't include the disposal fee for the old tires, which was an additional cost. The work was done, but the pricing was not transparent and was much higher than competitors. I left feeling taken advantage of, and I wouldn't return based on this experience. I recommend calling around first so you don't end up in the same situation. read more

Great customer service, kudos to the Sunday crew. I was more than happy with the service.

I purchased 2 tires last year during buy 2 get 2 The cost $950 !!!! Now a flat had me go back to get it fixed for free- Under warranty BUT....tire cost me $80 !!!! Warranty on new tire- ridiculous! Never again will I buy from Big O read more

They are very efficient, friendly and reasonable. I will go to them for any tire purchases and other services they offer.

Nothing but great quality service from these guys. Communicated through the entire process kept me up the speed on what needed to be done.

I had a terrible day. Got a flat around 430pm and barely made it to the shop by 5pm. They were very helpful and explained a lot about my tires. Even though they closed at 6 they were able to get my car in, change all 4 of my tires, and were very helpful. Honestly the best service I've had at a tire shop. read more

I Called to see if BIG O Tires could do a oil change for me at the last moment. They did a great job .....thxs

Walked in to inquire about new tires for my truck. Was helped by Jeremy who informed me about Big-O Bigfoot A/T II (which I wasn't even aware were a thing). Thought he was just trying to sell me on their own line of tires but upon quick research from independent reviewers, found that they were highly rated. He could have easily sold me name brand tires with less included features for more money but wanted to get me better tires for less money. All the guys working there were friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. read more

I had a blow out on the 303 and needed a new tire. I made it to the store about 30 minutes before they closed that day. At the recommendation of the service person, who was very helpful, I had them just replace all four tires with new Cooper tires that should last 65,000 miles. They had me in and out of the shop within 45 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. read more

I have always had great service at this location. The employees are nice and friendly.

I recently moved to the area, and I'm so glad I found Big O Tires. I want to give a special shout-out to Jason J. for his excellent customer service, and to the technician who worked on my vehicle. They replaced both front axles and control arms, and the work was done with care, skill, and at a very fair price. What really stood out is how they treat customers--with respect, patience, and clear communication. They take the time to answer questions, review items thoroughly, and even share everything visually through their app. It made the whole experience easy and transparent. We're thankful to have discovered this shop, and they've definitely earned our trust. I'll be back for oil changes and more, and I highly recommend this place for anyone needing auto repairs. read more

Horrible ! So there is a 49.99 coupon online that is shown everywhere. This Surprise AZ location has sheets of paper all over stating that procing has gone up 30% to 40% due to issues in Straits of Hormuz. I see an email on front desk stating from management that this was not legit and to give regular online special for anyone that fusses/complains about it. They didn't want to see everyone get the same discount but management understand about "2/10" customers (excatly what email said). This is truly price gouging as knowing pricing will not go back to normal. Beware and go at your own risk. I am taking my business elsewhere and never going back. Best part was after calling it out, they pulled that email from the front desk as do no one else noticed it. read more

Came in from San Diego for an alignment. Jason, the service writer, took me in and handled my wheel alignment request. He initially quoted a high price, but he adjusted it based on the specific needs of my car. The results were completely honest and sincere. Caden, the alignment technician, provided me with detailed information and guidance for my car. I ended up paying less than the quoted price. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for all your alignment and tire needs. read more
