I bought 4 new tires in June. It is November. All 4 new tires needing replaced. When I asked what was wrong they said alignment issues I said I paid for alignment in June. When shown the alignment chart all 4 tires were 1.0 or more out of alignment. But nothings bent. I've driven less than 6000 miles. Definitely going to discount tire or the llanteria next time. Terrible customer service. Failed to perform alignment on a new set of tires and when requested told me I'd have to bring it back. The wheel weights came off of one of the wheels and when I did return for the alignment, they failed to assess the balance noting that I "didn't ask for it." Go elsewhere for tires read more

What a difference a shop makes! The personalities at the North Ogden, Utah shop we're less than human. I really wish I caught his name! After explaining I had a warranty situation and a claim number, not with them but the tire manufacturer, he tells me there's nothing he could do, really? All I can say is I'll never suggest any Big O facility to anyone I know! read more

I just left! I have never, and I mean never been as entertained while getting an oil change and emissions. the manager was great! did I say he was amazing. was helpful. very knowledgeable. cleared all the lights on dash. changed my oil, looked up the correct wiper I needed that was missing. the prices were clearly listed right next to the drivers door. oh did I mention, you remain in your car for the process. and they are done in 10 min, took me longer do to me asking for more services since they were so reasonable, and quick. When I pulled into the line, I was brought a cold bottle of water, they washed my windows. who does that. thanks again "Take 5" you've gained a life long customer. read more

Wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Big O location in S. Ogden, UT for fantastic service. I am on a cross country road trip and found myself with a nail in my tire on the 2nd day of the trip. I stopped by Big O here in S. Ogden for some help to get me back on the road. I am a regular customer of Big O near my home in southern California so I had a good trust factor with Big O already. This location was very busy right in the middle of the day and was still able to take care of the repair and get me back on the road in under an hour. Unbelievable service!! The most surprising part of this was that this service of flat repair is free of charge as I'm came to find out to my surprise. Can't say enough good things about Big O. Tried a different Big O yesterday with a horrible experience. Vehicle got worse today (brakes) and I'm 200 miles from home. Brian H. hooked me up and I was one the road in less than 4 hours. I just needed brakes and rotors but there where some other issues as well. He told me they could wait but not the brakes. He was honest, helpful and efficient. I got the entire package done because of his demeanor. He wasn't trying to sell me; just trying to help me. I wish I lived closer to bring ALL my vehicles to this place!! read more

Called them for availability and they fit me in immediately. I needed a tire rotation, balance, and an alignment. When I left my keys with them, I forgot to tell them I also needed an oil change and wiper fluid. It only took them like an hour and a half to finish the tires and alignment, they checked all the fluids on their own, and took care of all of that for me as well. I also had no idea I could pay for my registration and get my tags with them, so that was another plus. All-around great service and staff. read more

They were very friendly, worked me in quickly and cheaper than Jiffy Lube including a tire rotation (that JL doesn't do). I'll definitely be heading back here for future oil changes/tire rotations. read more

They say trust is built over time. In this case, that trust was built over a much shorter period. Been returning here for various maintenance jobs the past two years and have no plans to go elsewhere. Brian and Brandon are top notch managers that will tell you what you need and not a bunch of fluff to bleed more money out of you like other places try to do. Maintenance costs are much more affordable, compared to other places and they get the job done! I have no complaints whatsoever! This place is the best. I've been a costumer for over 10 years. They are careful, clean, thorough and professional. A couple of years ago I had a screw go through the wall of a tire on a new car (only a couple thousand miles on it). Big-O replaced the tire with the same type as the original, apologizing for the cost. But they did offer free rotations. Yesterday, I had my tires rotated. On noticing that the "month" decal on my license plate was curling off, they gave me a new one. Speedy service and no charge at all. read more

Here's a great FACT. I went to Wall AVE Big O which i find out now is owned by the same owner as this South Ogden Store. Well after getting new tires at the WALL store they did not Balance the tires. Car was shaking all over. Is that my FAULT? No, right? So i send a message to corporate to let them know whats going on. Well they message me back saying lets take care of that. We can fix that. Well i already got it fixed at another big O store so too late. Thought they should know so they could do better to the next customer. So now I tell my WIFE to go to the South Ogden store and when I call and talk to the guy / Manager / Douche BAG about getting her two new tires he says, " I'm not giving you any discounts. You're the guy who filed a complaint at the Wall store and got me in trouble. I'm not doing anything for you. " Ummm What?? WOW!! is this how the world works? This is how Big O wants to do business. So in today's world you can complain about bad service?? Im taking this story Viral. Calling the news channels. See if anyone wants to do a story on this. I figured its going to cost this store at least 10's of thousands of dollars when people hear how they TRULY treat you. Maybe he was having a bad day.
