So, I have a mixed story, if you have the time to read. The first person who helped me the first…read morefew times I went seemed amazing. He seemed like a really nice person, actually cared about me. He had run some tests just trying to diagnose my overheating issue with my car. I thought he was being really nice because he hadn't charged me anything, because he hadn't found the real cause yet. He even spent all this time trying to drive it around to recreate the issue (it stopped overheating when I brought it in of course). I would give a 5-star rating for that person individually. I don't remember his name, but he told me about how he has flown helicopters. Then there was the other guy who helped when I voluntarily brought it back. He charged me just over $100 for the previous work (even though I wasn't told about that and like I said, I had voluntarily returned so I wouldn't have been charged if I hadn't come back). I wouldn't have necessarily minded paying for the test that they ran, but I'm used to the treatment where they say "we plan to do this and it costs $x, do you want us to do that?". I am not used to the, we'll do something without asking for your approval, make it seem like we're not charging you, then suddenly spring a price on you when you decide to come back. Furthermore, his receipt was basically just a handwritten, vague note that I couldn't use at another shop because it didn't say specifically what test they ran. That seemed very unprofessional. So, I would give a 1-star rating to the person who helped me the second time and he, specifically, is the reason I left and went to Brake Time Bob instead, because I can trust him and he doesn't pull that crap on me. So, I'm not really sure how good of service they provide since I went elsewhere to fix my car (ended up being a blown head gasket). I don't know if it was like the first guy was bending the rules to be nice and the second guy was just following normal policy, but they need to be consistent about the way they treat you and charge you for services. If you go there, I would say, make them promise they won't do anything without telling you the price first.

Midway through that trip, I found a rock chip on the hood of the otherwise pristine car. I called and made an appointment from Portland, OR. When I got home to Morgan, they fixed that rock chip for an absurdly low price. Last January, the rear bumper cover got a deep scratch and a bunch of scuffs from backing into the blade of my snowplow. I was certain that I needed to take it to a Tesla certified body shop, which I did. I got an estimate that had 4 numbers before the decimal point! Completely outrageous. I took the car for a second opinion and Canyon Collision Repair came through again. I just got the car back today (after only 3 days) and the paint match and fit/finish work is outstanding. I will take any car needing body work to Russ @Canyon Collision Repair for as long as they are in business.

I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus!
