Once I managed to get the vehicle drivable I went straight to their location, and they took the time to put the vehicle in valet mode for me and talked me through the possible error causes. In the end the fob was the culprit, and they ordered me a new one and paired it for me for no extra charge when it arrived. I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! I was driving down the freeway when I smelt my car start to smoke. I got off the freeway and pulled up to the nearest auto place I could find which was C & M Tires. I had just gotten a new car so I had spent a lot of money, and I didn't have any extra to spend on it. I was super nervous to see why my new car was having problems. I gave them my keys and they pulled it into the shop. The owner of the shop came out after inspecting my car and told me what was going on. I have a real hard time trusting mechanics because of getting ripped off in the past. But I was in a hurry going to work and had to get it done so I gave them my car grudgingly and let them fix it expecting a huge bill. In just over 20 minutes my car was working and ready to go. And when I asked him how much it was he said it was free, and to just come back if I have any other issues. They helped me out when I was in a really hard time and this is definitely a place you can trust! I will always feel very comfortable coming back if anything else happens to my car. I know I can trust them and if you're in the area definitely stop by! These guys are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. 5 our of 5 for sure! read more

He did nothing but bad-mouth his sister and tell me I had to pay him to look at the car. Tera told me she paid him already, but their fighting prevented me from getting any help at all from either of them. I had to buy a new transmission, and Bexell's refused to help in any way. The sibling rivalry between the two Bexell's was uncomfortable and made the total experience very frustrating. Not only would I never again buy a Bexell's car, but I won't have a vehicle serviced at a Bexell's station. If there happens to be any other businesses out there named Bexell's, I wont go there, either.
