She was thinking about getting a new car when my Cousin took it to her mechanic in SLC. There was no coolant in the radiator. A simple fix was all the car needed. The Mechanic in SLC said this is a common practice among places. They check the AC when it blows hot they always recommend a new Compressor without looking at anything else. This is a warning for all and anyone who reads this. Always check your coolant level. Shame on you guys for trying to bilk an older helpless lady. I'm a firm believer in Karma so watch out. Take care of the people who really need your help it's not that hard.

I was told because my tire was to the minimum tread wear it could not be repaired because it is against the law. They continued to inform me all four tires were to worn and needed to be replaced. I had them put my spare tire on instead. I went to John Watson where I purchased the vehicle last August. The service manager checked my tires and found that the measurements were 4/32 and in the safe driving range. I was lied to and mislead by the Les Schwab employee. I will never go back to a Les Schwab tire center again! Integrity is still important to me and many other consumers.
