I was on my lunch break and I've never seen anyone work so fast in my life lol they replaced all 4 tires in about 10 minutes if that! We loved them but shortly after noticed our tires were scrapping. Took the car back, come to find out the shocks on the rear were extremely worn down. The men there were so understanding and nice. They ordered 4 new shocks and covered the cost of labor all we paid for were the price of 3 shocks. Although our shocks being worn down has nothing to do with them they offered to assist immediately. They replaced all 4 in about 45 min and we were on our way. The guys there all have such high spirits and you can really tell they love their job they have so much fun while working. I needed to get new tires, and Dave (who is the absolute GOAT by the way), did the best tire change I have ever witnessed. So my bike being 30+ years old has had a fair amount of corrosion on the aluminum wheel. Not only did I get a fairly priced deal on the tires themselves, but my wheels got a full spa day as well! Dave did a great job resurfacing and polishing the rim, and got it to have a much cleaner look. He wasn't stingy with the sealant whatsoever so it would remain a good as possible for as long as possible. I've ridden 150 miles and everything feels well balanced. He even gave me all of the official torques so when I remounted my tires back on to my bike everything was perfect! Utah Moto Shop has a really nifty lounge upstairs accompanied by snacks and little sodas, but I hungout on the floor and chatted with Dave who is SUPER knowledgeable about whatever comes his way (shoutout to Dale for being there too, also a really cool dude). I took my motorcoach to Charlie's Service Center for a roof reseal and leak repair, and other…read moreservices. Before bringing it in, I sent them a video showing a minor leak (clear water dripping about once every 5-7 seconds). I was told the entire roof was resealed and the leak was fixed. After pickup, the leak became significantly worse and caused interior damage. I made a second trip (230 miles each way) to have it corrected. During that visit, I was told they identified the issue near the A/C, fixed it, and water tested it with no leaks. When picking up after the second visit, Justin, the manager, went over the coach. I observed brown water dripping from a vent, and more water came out when touched. I was told it was "residual from testing." After that visit, a storm came through and within hours gallons of water entered the coach. The condition became significantly worse following both service visits. An inspection by an insurance adjuster specializing in RVs identified multiple areas that were not sealed, and in other areas, old sealant was not removed before new sealant was applied. During the second visit, the automatic roof vent was sealed to the roof, which caused the mechanism to bind and fail. I documented the condition after the first visit and, despite clear concerns with the initial workmanship, made a second trip after being assured a senior technician would address the issues. I returned the coach to allow the work to be corrected, but the condition was not remedied and instead worsened. To date, Charlie's Service Center and its insurer, Auto-Owners, have denied liability on all issues, issuing standard written claim denials. I strongly recommend, if you must use Charlies, documenting your coach with photos and video before service--even small details like interior components--and thoroughly inspecting all work before leaving.

The free flat repair service was what first brought me to Discount Tire long ago as a first time driver, and the fact that it's free, professional, and informative made me a permanent customer now. Even after buying new cars, I come back to Discount Tire to check the wear and be honest about what my car actually needs (not just be upsold at the dealership). The certificates are always worth it! You never know when something is going to happen to your tire. Replacing a $200+ tire for free (or $49 if you get a cert on the new one) is extreme value in an unexpected time of need. Many complain about the wait. I say this is a variable that isn't always true, but is indicative of a trusted business. They do try to prioritize urgency, so be transparent with them if you have time or don't.

The employees were still so friendly and helpful even though you could see they had been running around all day. We looked at some different tire options and picked what met the needs for my daughter's driving and my budget. We set up an appointment for the install and when we came back 2 days later we were again greeted with smiles and the tires were installed in about an hour. We also got new windshield wiper blades and they threw in the rear blade for free. I highly recommend this location.
