‼ PLEASE READ! IT'S LONG BUT PLEASE READ ‼…read more The owner of the company asked me to leave a review, so I'm sharing my honest experience. While the service itself was quick, the professionalism was completely lacking. From the moment he arrived, he got out of his car aggressively, with no facial expression. His tone was condescending, and he spoke to me with attitude throughout the entire interaction. I genuinely felt like I was being attacked. He repeatedly talked over me and didn't give me a chance to explain anything, which left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. As a customer, especially as a woman, this behavior was completely unnecessary. What raised further concern was his insistence on full payment upfront, even though the service was being covered by my insurance. He claimed he doesn't deal directly with insurance, despite the fact that they contacted him to accept the job and were paying him. Even after this was made clear, he continued pushing for direct payment from me. He also blamed me for my insurance sending him to the wrong location, going as far as arguing that I provided incorrect information, which was clearly not the case. I had limited time and needed immediate service, so this unnecessary argument only added to my stress. He then requested additional payment authorization from my insurance before assisting me and made sure they confirmed it would be approved. On top of that, he brought up gratuity multiple times, which felt inappropriate given the situation and his overall demeanor. Unfortunately, I was rushing to catch a flight, so switching providers wasn't an option.. Otherwise, I absolutely would have. Would I recommend this service? Absolutely not. Professionalism and respect should be standard, especially when someone is already in a stressful situation. If a zero-star rating were possible, that's what this experience would deserve. **UPDATE 01/17/26 around 9pm-10pm After doing some digging, I realized I may have narrowly avoided being scammed. He claimed he was sent to the wrong location and texted me a screenshot of where I'm assuming he had stopped, saying the insurance company provided an incorrect address. However, after reviewing the three screenshots he sent me, it appears he accidentally included the original order. Here is the timeline: * 4:22 PM: He sent a screenshot of his location, claiming it was incorrect. * 4:23 PM: He accidentally sent a screenshot of the original order. * That order clearly shows the correct address, with the job accepted at 3:47 PM. * 4:21 PM: He told me to place another order. * 4:29 PM: I contacted Volkswagen. * 4:32 PM: Volkswagen confirmed a second order. In other words, the correct address was entered on the first order, yet he claimed he was given a different address. Based on this, I believe he may have been paid twice and also attempted to collect upfront payment from me while leaving me to handle reimbursement. I will be contacting Volkswagen to report this and will update this review if needed. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone that's why I'm leaving this review, so please be cautious when dealing with this "business owner." **ANOTHER UPDATE 01/18/2026 @ 8:40pm** Another review based on his comment and my experience with him AFTER this Yelp review. My review is based on my honest experience. There was no wrong address given. The original order shows the correct location. The technician went to a different address after inputting a different location on his own, which was not provided by me. I have all documentation and proof to support this. After I provided the review that he personally asked for, he contacted me on my personal phone and sent 11 separate messages between 2:44 a.m. and 3:10 a.m. on 01/18/26, which were aggressive in tone and included threats of legal action. I am unsure what basis there would be for this, as my review is truthful and supported by evidence. I stand by my review and will not engage further.

Andy was professional and a great help…read more I broke down on the pass between Brigham City and Mantua, on the tight turn with very little shoulder. My radiator blew and is visibly steaming. Which of course since this is Utah. People come sailing around the corner and honk angrily at me, like I chose to break down for fun. I called 911 so they could use their lights and form a convoy. I could travel slowly for a minute at a time, because the truck will force a shut down. It's a 2023, so it can sense the problem. Which is good. With the cops behind me people stopped driving by honking and flipping me off, so that's also good. At any rate we got to that middle road that leads to the lake in mantua. After the cops left I had to wait for an AMS mechanic to come inspect it, to make sure what the problem is. I apologize I don't remember the gentleman's name. Bit of a bigger older guy, I would have trouble with a trailer in Logan 2 days later; he would also come by and help. Then after waiting a bit Andy gave me a ride back to my HQ. I was 15 minutes away from my drop off. But the company didn't approve us bringing the trailer there. So instead we went the hour and a half to SLC, and I had to drive back the next day with a loaner truck. Good service, I'd recommend them.

They charge us for the for two hours and it did not take them two hours. I think this is a really good example of price gouging and highway robbery. This place almost killed me twice in two days. They overfilled my oil on an oil change and gave it…read morethe wrong type of oil in the first place so my bike exploded on the road causing oil to cover my back tire and a near accident. When they worked on it the same day Perry the business owner didn't seem to care much about the mistake. He also tried to upcharge me on the oil change. I tried telling them even before the explosion the bike wasn't shifting right but he didn't seem to think it was related. They "fixed" my bike for me and said the engine had the right amount of oil and there should be no problems. I was hesitant but needed to rush as I already was Late. So the next day I'm on the highway (bike still shifting hard) and I'm just trying to get the bike to another mechanic shop when it leaks oil all over my feet and tire on the highway! I skidded out and luckily did not crash and die but came closer than ever. This time they didn't screw the oil lug nut in and so it fell out on the highway nearly killing me. I called Perry and once again he acted as this was routine. Didn't even apologize just said he would send someone to look at the bike. Two hours later I'm finally on the shop and tryin to explain to Perry (who told me he was in a hurry for fancy dinner plans) why this is unacceptable quality of work for a business like his. Perry seemed to think that the oil issues and the near fatal accident twice in two days was entirely unrelated to his shop. Even though all of his employees agreed with me it was their fault. Perry also admittedly lied to me about checking the lug nut himself which he backtracked on when pressed and then lied again to my face about what kind of oil they put in it. Something I proved by checking myself in the shop what oil they were using, you guessed it the 10w-30 oil they were using was causing my bike to not shift and could have damaged it as well! He lied and told me they were using a different oil! I told him I wasn't even sure the bike was safe to ride anymore as it was running for a little with no oil in it as I tried to survive the highway traffic and he said it was a non-issue. He also told me he didn't care and the legal system didn't care because as long as I didn't actually get hurt or die there was nothing I could do about it. This just seemed so awful a way to treat a customer you almost killed due to negligence twice. I told him it's a brand new bike and there surely could be some damage to the bike after all this and then he offered me $300 dollars for the bike or my money back on his $70 dollar oil change. That was it. The bike was purchased 1 month ago for $3000 dollars and told him that's what it's worth unless he damaged it further. So either admit he damaged it or admit that $300 is an insult to even offer for the bike. He didn't like this, told me since I wasn't hurt he didn't need to do anything, jumped in his car and left. I know this is gonna sound ridiculous but this wasn't even the first time Perry fucked with my bike! The first time they replaced a tire and broke a part, then when I got my bike back the engine was vibrating unmanageably! I took it in to be looked at and he tried to tell me I could pay to fix this is with rubber engine mounts!? Wtf it wasn't like that before they worked on my bike? Now I have to pay for this shit? After they put my bike back together for the FOURTH time in two days the mechanics forgot to tighten my clutch and it was loose! Also they rigged my rear brake so tight the back tire wouldn't move! So to sum up my two week experience with Powersports Pit Stop. The slightly cheaper price than the neighboring motorcycle shops are due to Perry (the owner) having untrained boys do the work and he doesn't bother to care (or work on the bikes) himself. RUN THE HELL AWAY they will kill you with negligence and the owner doesn't seem to care one bit.
