Along with Alstate today All Roads Towing got to me and my children so fast and dropped off my car at my house for me after my breaks failed they left the keys right where I told them and were very kind, trustworthy, and amazing. Lesson learned today for my teenager...don't leave the dogs in the car when you have to run back in the house for a phone charger because the puppy is going to lock you out... I used my roadside assistance through my insurance and they got All Roads Towing dispatched for it. It took All Roads about 20 minutes to get to the car and unlock it, and get 4 grateful dogs freed (and stopped my daughter's full on panic attack). My daughter is on a road trip alone in her 1998 E150 travel van with her cat, on her way from home (Dallas, TX) heading to Oregon for university. It's Thanksgiving eve and her alternator light came on at 7pm way out in Echo, Utah. By a miracle her battery kept the van running until she got to O'Reilly's in Ogden, UT and died in the parking lot at 8pm. Pretty scary as a dad. So Tim, of All Roads Towing, happens to be there buying parts for one of his kids cars and hears my daughter trying to buy an alternator and borrow tools to try to put it on herself since everything is closed tomorrow. He graciously offers to tow her fully loaded van to his own yard/shop and installed the alternator for her. He is a knight in shining armor. If I lived up there I would use him every chance I could. I did go to Wasatch Academy in Mt. Tow truck driver will cut you off and brake check you. Not the type of person I want towing my vehicle.

My daughter's car broke down and then the real headache started. My insurance company set this up through roadside service. Talked with the driver and told him to call me when he arrived, but it needed to be after 2:30 when she got back to the apartment after classes. He never called. When I reached out to him at 3:15 he said "too bad, you should have been there". He was unprofessional, lazy and rude. Pathetic. read more

Great guy that came through in a timely manner. He asked me what was wrong. My jeep didn't want to start. It was just clicking. So he whipped out his car battery charger. Looked at my battery said there was bad corrosion and it needs to be switched out. He saved me a tow trip and a mechanic shop trip. Totally worth it and good price as well. The best around. I highly recommend this company to anyone. And if I ever need a real tow, I'm definitely contacting them again. Life saver!! read more

twice I have had issues with this company. We had them back in Jan and we were VERY specific on where to take the car. Gave the address with city and the driver STILL took it to the wrong place. Then he called and asked where we were and told him. Then because he did not listen to the directions, he charged us for the extra miles! then he was asked by the dsealership to pick up our car and not to charge the battery and just tow it. What was the FIRST THING HE DID....He charged the car!!! When I said he wasn't supposed to he left my car and did not tow it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I will not be using this company EVER! Today while visiting my sister one of this companies drivers came by and my husband and I were trying to read the name on the door because lately we have needed a few tows and we prefer to use local businesses whenever we can. When the driver got out he began to verbally attack us and was very agressive toward us. When we were leaving he walked out to the street like he wanted to say something more and have us a dirty look while staring at us until we passed by. Made me very uncomfortable, this is not someone I would want coming to help me if my car was broke down. read more
