Very hostile environment where they WILL take advantage of you. The front desk lady has the biggest ego I have ever seen in my life, not even minutes into walking in she was yelling and giving uncalled for attitude. If you need a vehicle moved, please try any other method other than these fools. It would be easier to dig myself a lengthy underground system of tubes and start my own ant colony and train them to assemble before me and call on other colonies if the weight is much more than my colony can bear to join together and move said vehicle with my ant army. It's is much more effective to Jumanji myself into Skyrim or Hogwarts and learn to Wingardium Leviosa a car out my way. Like literally anything is better than this can you really call them a business if they never do anything. I've ended up reporting cars to the police and requesting management at several apartment complexes to change companies. I don't pay $50 each month to have my designated parking space stolen from me and these quacks to not respond. I think the best option if you need a tow is to obtain your own business license (unsure how they still have the one they have?) buy a tow truck and tow yourself. I'm not sure how people could give Love towing anything but (5) Stars. Ron and his crew were fantastic to work with. His prices were more than fair and his guys were great to work with. My neighbor had my car towed by Love Towing. I went to pick up the car and when I tried to explain what happened to the owner he cut me off and yelled at me inside his office with everyone there that I was arguing with him and that if I argued he would keep my car. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I was just talking. I wasn't arguing. He really needs to learn how to speak to people because I truly was not arguing with him. He seems to talk down to women. I felt for his wife that was working at the desk. I can't imagine how he must verbally abuse her when she tries to speak any way that may not be to his approval. I suggested my rental company drop this towing company because the owner is extremely hot headed, rude, and just down right angry and nasty. my rental manager agreed that my car should've never been towed. It was confirmed with cameras my vehicle was not blocking anyone. Which is why my rental management has reimbursed me the cost it took for me to get my car back. I was trying to explain this to the owner when he started being belligerent in the office. I might swing by and bring your wife domestic violence paper work so she knows she has a safe option when her husband abuses her. Because the way she went silent and looked down and wouldnt look back up when he started screaming, he for sure abuses her. I had to have my truck towed from by Causey to Brigham City. I was quoted 250 dollars and everyone in the truck heard us tell the company that the vehicle was going to Brigham City. The tow driver got the vehicle on the tow truck and part way down his boss had him tell us that it will be 350 to go to Brigham after we were quoted 250 and after the truck was on the tow truck and part way home. The drive did a great job, but I would not recommend using this company. They seem to lack integrity. read more

these people are greasy. They definitely do predatory towing. On their website they advertise to potential clients (almost all property managing companies - notice where all the 5 star reviews come from) with offers to help set up the legal signage to ensure they are at least complying with the legislation passed in 2016. It should be noted it is exactly this and some other towing company that necessitated that legislation. Now they're required to at least wait something like a half hour before they can tow from private lots. They are also required to have certain signage posted and to give you 24 hours from when they put the notice on your car. I suspect connections and/or payment schemes with local government but that's merely my opinion. Any property managing company that uses these scumbags are guilty by association and shouldn't receive your business. Apparently a lot of these apartment complexes are members in some kind of standards organization where (despite being on private property and possibly in your own marked parking spot) if your registration isn't valid or if your car is deemed "abandoned" (flat tire, general disrepair etc), they see fit to have your car towed. An employee in my leasing office (mountain ridge manor) said he thought the towing companies will periodically do rounds and Love claimed that it was called in. In their defense, I side with Love on that issue but I definitely suspect that there's a kickback routine worked out with these property management companies/organization(s) representing them and Love. I'll also point out that when I called Love the day of the incident I explicitly asked in plain English if the price would go up in a week and I was told flat out no. Didn't believe it b/c I've never heard of that but I didn't yet know about these people and wasn't in a situation to pay the $300 for a 5 block tow anyways. Given that the price did go up drastically and a handful of other factors, I ended up just signing the car over to them... I'll close with a retrospectively amusing discovery: they run a pawn shop out of the same building! So when they steal your car, and rest assured you aren't allowed to grab anything from inside unless you pay their fee, they have inventory! Real shylock stuff...quite repulsive. read more

Put notice on vehicle it stated we basically had 24 hours to move vehicle before it would be towed but a tow truck was there a hour later.

My sister is handicapped and has a handicap placard in use whenever she parks in places other than general use slots. On 1/25 she was trying to get to a physical therapy appointment at a gym in Ogden. All unmarked spaces were in use as were the handicap spots for the gym. Several spots on the lot were marked for employees only but were unoccupied. Per Utah Code, Section 41-1a-414 (2) she is authorized to use such spaces for "reasonable periods" when no other options exist. Six minutes after she left her vehicle one of Love's trucks towed her car to their yard at the cost of $324.18. She complained to Mr. Love but he said the law does not apply in this circumstance and he refused to reimburse her. Love trucks are known to hawk lots and tow & store at exorbitant prices. 9/11/18 The day prior to being towed they were laying down (tar) slurry on the pavement in our subdivision "Cold Springs Village" located just behind walker cinemas in North Ogden. We had to park outside Cold springs village subdivision. After parking there all night, to our surprise our vehicle had been towed off first thing in the morning. Because the street was so narrow we decided to pull up on the sidewalk and half on the street. Beware!!! You cant do that without being towed!!! $220.00 later we were able to retrieve our vehicle after storage charges, state fees and whatever else they were able to rip us off for...What a joke they had no explanation nor did Kier management for not warning us that this could happen... read more

I've used Love Towing twice on my personal vehicle and they by FAR had the best service in Ogden with the most affordable pricing. I called LITERALLY every towing company in Ogden and couldn't have made a better choice. They were prompt and professional and actually answer the phone right away when you call. They take phone payments in advance as well as in person at the time of towing. They pulled my Outback out of an impossibly tight spot and have expertise that can't be matched! After checking with the HOA the parking spot belongs to a building that is under construction and has no tenants living in it. This company is not a professional company in any way. I went Blue Moon on 12th in Ogden to get a new atomizer for my tank and when I got back in my car my battery was dead so I went back into the vape shop, asked the lady if she could jump me but she couldn't so she let me use her cables. I went to the Love Towing place next door which is literally 50 feet away from my car and I asked them if they could give me a jump and I have my own cables and he said "40 bucks". He wanted $40 just to step outside in their own parking lot to jump me. I turned around and walked away and called my brother and he came down and jumped me. I get it, it's a business and you've got to make money but they didn't have to go anywhere, send anyone or perform a hard time consuming job. All it was was stepping outside and just helping someone out.
