Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. They told me initially that they would have someone look at the dent and see if anything could be done, they then told me that nothing could be done even though it's only a 2 inch dent. The window trim and mirror are still broken to this day, I've called several times over the year and showed up in person and have always been told they'll give me a call when the parts come in. I've never received a call from their end and have always had to reach out and still haven't gotten anything done. They don't communicate with their customers and they don't care about anything they said once the sale has been made.
