The toppings added a nice crunch and brightness, and the honey mustard and mayo were perfectly balanced -- not too heavy, not too light -- just enough to tie everything together without overpowering the sandwich. We figured out what we wanted and after we placed our order, the subs were made in under 5 minutes. They also don't have a hot sauce except buffalo wing sauce for a little heat on the subs. It was a good sub but I wouldn't order it again in the future. My husband ordered the 8" Americano and he was very impressed with the bread choice and the freshness of the ingredients. They had some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on the counter for dessert, and the beverage choice was either canned or bottled beverages. No soda fountain. They have a few tables for eating inside but most patrons seemed to take theirs to go. The food was good, and of course, Laspadas is known for their sandwiches. One thing I really love is how they tuck everything together when making the sandwich. It helps keep all the ingredients inside so nothing falls out when you're eating it. Honestly, I think that's such a great feature that you don't see at many other sub shops. Overall, it was nice to see the new location and enjoy one of their famous sandwiches.
