The people who work here are friendly and I always stop by when I'm in the area to see what kind of bargains there are to be had. You do have to be conscious of expiration dates. The experience was horrible, and you are told that if you leave your clothing past the 60 day consigning period, they will stay out on the floor longer and give you more opportunity to sell. Otherwise, if you don't go back, you lose your rights to your own clothing or you have to make arrangements to pay per item to have them returned. Of course none of this information is on the paper contract you sign. All of this is a learn as you go or ask questions sort of business which is not ethical. The reality is that you are just giving them your clothes to have them donate or profit on their own. I prefer to control who I donate to, and I didn't appreciate the condescending tone and feeling bad about my quality clothing. Research more and stand up for yourself, as the bottom line is they will take your items and barely sell a thing, but there is no records for you to see. If you still want to give it a go, please select the option to have your items returned, so you know what actually does sell, and do not fall for the clothes will remain on the floor longer. The owner admitted that they pulled them early as she would be away for several weeks. Be honest to your consigners and just return the clothes to them after the 60 days is up, no questions asked.
