I felt happy with the selection of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, outerwear, etcetera. The prices ranged from low to high. I particularly liked the styles of Calvin Klein dresses. I, however, ended up picking out only a blouse that was on clearance for just $10. At the cash register, I had to wait a few minutes while other customers were being served. The cashier spoke very nicely with me, greeting me and wishing me a good day. She made no mistakes with the transaction. I was asked to donate my rounded-up change to the Hispanic Federation charity, which appears to do good work but, based on your political views, you might want to look up before donating.

I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel). When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me. He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future. They get people through lines fairly quickly, seem generally knowledgeable about products and when there is an issue, a manager generally comes fairly quickly. The drive up is always wonderful. Staff is always courteous and efficient. The one time I did experience a longer than expected wait, someone came over to the car and said they had a high volume of cars at the time (which they did) and they apologized for the delay. This was a nice touch so I didn't have to worry or wonder what was going on. That being said, they could do a better job of maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the store. And keep the shelves better stocked. The worst, though, is the bathrooms. They always seem to be a hot mess.

I was very disapointed in the condition of the store! The bathroom definitely needed attention, one sink had no running water. The bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. While in the fitting room, the floors were very dirty and dusty along with strands of dust dirt hanging from the ceiling vents. This store is packed with merchandise but DEFINITELY needs cleaning and attention.

There are even fitness related businesses (pilates and barre). The parking, though, seems to have been designed to support a lot less traffic than what comes through the plaza. It is always a mad house and a dash to find parking spaces. And you feel like you are putting your life at risk if you try to cross the parking lot on foot. It has gotten a little better since the opened the space between McDonalds and the plaza (easier access to the traffic signals to get to 22). But it is hard to get into and out of, especially if you need to make a left.

I got distracted and lost within the store. I looked around for a good time and noticed it was getting closer to closing time and hurried myself along. I stopped in every section before I made my way to the front of the store. When at the register I appreciate that they pay attention to what you buy and sometimes make a comment on an item. Then they always attempt to get you to apply for a credit card. I know it's a pitch and part of your job, but I don't need to answer this question all the time.

Well, there are tags, but the part where the price is is ripped off. So you have to depend on signage and for a lot of stuff, there just isn't signage. And they don't have a way to check the price (except to go to a register or ask an associate and you will have a hard time finding someone). I came into the store with an online return. It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.

Yeah, bulk purchases mean more planning and sometimes you don't 100 bags of the same thing over and over. But I love Sam's more for the extra things on top of just the bulk food. They have the absolute cheapest packaging supplies (I do a lot of shipping so cheap bubble wrap and tape SPEAK to me) The food samples are just nostalgic youth moments and still fun to grab multiple... PS the workers don't care. The faster it goes, the quicker they can go in the back. The scan and go changed the game. No more waiting in lines and no more wondering if you over spent as you wheel your big cart to the front. Simple integration in their app and simple to use. I wish more stores could get on board. Plus... now the automatic exit scanners mean no more employee fumbling through your cart to scan the required number of items. Sam's knows what we need and they implement it.

But, the shelves are pure chaos. Not because customers put things back in the wrong places. There just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the products' positions on the shelves. I was specifically looking for some organizer bins/baskets/containers. That aisle made my head hurt! Things weren't grouped by color, or by like item. I saw a cute set of desk organizer baskets I liked, but they were not the color I wanted. I searched for the ones I wanted, and saw how everything seemed to be haphazardly placed. I sometimes don't mind chaos, but in a store aisle dedicated to organization, I do, in fact, mind chaos. We did end up buying a small toy which was on clearance. I let my son stand in line while I looked at some things on a shelf near the registers. There was one cashier, and she very rudely snipped at my son for standing in line behind the other customer, instead of behind the "wait here" sign. (This was in 2026. No Covid, no pandemic. My kid can read, but he overlooked the sign and stood where he would/should at any other store.) Overall, this is not the worst store, but it doesn't have anything special, and I left feeling bad, which is not what I want from a shopping experience.
