May the holiday rush be with you.

My shopping experiences with Kohl's have always been on the positive side. There hasn't been one time that I have left the store feeling as though I didn't get a decent bargain for my money. They usually have great promotions and plenty of enticing discounts that keep their customers coming back for more. In fact, its almost rare that you don't find a coupon being offered at the register if you are a Kohl's cardholder. I routinely stop in at the Monroeville store and each time I need help or if I am paying at the register I have found their associates to be super helpful and friendly. Not so easy to find in the retail industry because the work can be very grueling so I truly appreciate the positive shopping experience they provide their customers.

A one hour wait to pick up Amazon package.

This store has the worst customers service. There is no staffing on the floors what so ever. The lines top return items at customer service is way under staffed. They must have high retail theft because no one is watching and the workers don't care. I expect Kohls to be the next Toy's R Us.

Kohl's Monroeville is a great store for casual clothing, underwear, scarves, & socks. Great selection of luggage and kitchen appliances. Seasonal tableware. Decorative pillows. Vacuum cleaners! Kitchen appliances! Bed linens! Great staff, so helpful. Here's what, IMO, is not as awesome: Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes What I love, I love. For the rest, there's plenty of other options - Kohl's never disappoints!

I am a frugal shopper these days so Gabe's fits my shopping style. I purchased a few things…read more I had been looking for a wreath or something else suitable to hang on my front door. I found the perfect "Welcome" sign with a sunflower matching my welcome mat for around 8 bucks so that was a major find compared to anything else I had found in other stores. I also bought a Dutch oven and a covered deep pan. For the Dutch oven I had to look in 2 different locations for one that had a price so that was annoying. The cleanliness and organization of this store is sub-par over several visits. You can be a thrift store and be tidy at the same time, trust me. Try some other thrift/discount stores and you will see (Rose's in West Mifflin for one or any Ollie's or Big Lots). So, over all, I give just 3 stars for OK but there are better ones for great deals.

I love Gabes... this is the thrifty side of me talking. Where else can you go and get American…read moreEagle Jeans, yoga pants, converse socks, guess boots, NY&CO shirts, and a nine west purse all for under $100.00??? Actually I probably got more than that on my last trip... yea me! If you aren't a patient shopper and don't mind paying full retail, by all means shop elsewhere. This place will only frustrate you. However if you are like me then just give yourself about 2-3 hours to browse so you can keep an eye out for bargains. Be warned you may, actually you will run into an item you love just to discover a huge stain or a ripped seam or a missing button. It happens, look for duplicates. Also place isn't real clean continuing on with its frugal POV. Best advice...Try everything on before you purchase it...I mean EVERYTHING. I have visually missed a broken zipper or a small hole in the arm, but upon trying it on, the flaw is quickly found. Also they have a weird return policy so better off to play it safe...
