Stopped in to get some stuff. The store has changed a bit with the front doors now closed off, and only one check out area. Obviously busy with holiday shoppers...the line was pretty insane. Ended up not buying anything there due to the line mostly, but also found that the fragrances are now basically restricted on site to Sephora stuff. No thanks...was looking for other specific scents (like Boucheron). Meh...box stores...go figure. read more

Store is clean and well organized. Usually a good value especially when coupons are available and getting Kohl's cash in return. It's better to use Kohl's cash on items not coupon eligible. Your cash value is decreased on sale items. Good selection in most departments. If not available in store online may be a better option. Staff is helpful and friendly. Happy shopping. read more

A truly terrible place to shop. Severely understaffed. About 2 months ago I went to try to return an item and purchase some pants, tops and other items that I really needed. First, no salespeople to direct me toward the type of pants that I was looking for. Second, racks were crammed with clothing making it difficult to even see what was available. But the very worst thing was that only two registers were open and each had a line of over 20 people!!! I was so discouraged and disappointed that I left the store without being able to return my item and did not get the pants and other items that I really needed. Total waste of time. I was there, ready to buy, but did not feel like my business was at all appreciated or even wanted. I will take my business to a full service store in the future, like Macy's or Dick's. read more

We stopped at the Kohls in Monroeville yesterday, Tuesday, January 7, 2025. It was my first (and last) time at this particular store. I was in the area for an appointment and stopped to do a return from an online purchase. My 13 year son and I interacted with four different associates. Three of the them were rude and did not want bothered. One was short, not quite rude, borderline. I was horribly disappointed. You know its bad when a teenage boy looks at you and says wow, we need to go to a different store, I don't think any of them like they job much. read more

My shopping experiences with Kohl's have always been on the positive side. There hasn't been one time that I have left the store feeling as though I didn't get a decent bargain for my money. They usually have great promotions and plenty of enticing discounts that keep their customers coming back for more. In fact, its almost rare that you don't find a coupon being offered at the register if you are a Kohl's cardholder. I routinely stop in at the Monroeville store and each time I need help or if I am paying at the register I have found their associates to be super helpful and friendly. Not so easy to find in the retail industry because the work can be very grueling so I truly appreciate the positive shopping experience they provide their customers. read more

This store has the worst customers service. There is no staffing on the floors what so ever. The lines top return items at customer service is way under staffed. They must have high retail theft because no one is watching and the workers don't care. I expect Kohls to be the next Toy's R Us. read more

Kohl's Monroeville is a great store for casual clothing, underwear, scarves, & socks. Great selection of luggage and kitchen appliances. Seasonal tableware. Decorative pillows. Vacuum cleaners! Kitchen appliances! Bed linens! Great staff, so helpful. Here's what, IMO, is not as awesome: Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes What I love, I love. Kohl's is not typically my go-to store, but the few times that I've found myself in this store, there were some good sales. My most recent trip brought me $3.99 flip flops of decent quality. I originally went here for a specific piece of luggage which I didn't find here (or anywhere else to be fair). I think though I might start shopping here more regularly, because their prices aren't bad and this place isn't too large as well. read more

Kohl's customer service is awful! At the Monroeville, PA store, they refuse to accept some coupons. It's impossible to know which coupons this will accept, as there are no signs posted, and the cashiers don't know. Even customer service at the corporate level seems unaware of their policies. If you're planning a shopping trip that involves the use of valid, unexpired coupons, you might be better of going someplace else. read more

This is how this store steals money from its valuable customers. I returned a rice cooker that I received from as my friend as a housewarming gift. I was fine with store credit. However, it was not acceptable when the store credit was more than $20 less than what my friend had paid before. I say go take your money else. Also I will be reporting this issue to Better Business Bureau. read more

I never really shopped at Kohl's until I was getting married. My wife and me registered here, which after they fixed a computer problem. It was kinda fun, they a little scanner gun to go around and scan the things you want. Then after the wedding shower we got some gift card to Kohl's, so we were back. If I remember right we got, shower curtains, knifes, outdoor rug, a candle,some wine glasses, and i am sure I am forgetting stuff. The thing I didn't like was something were just way to much. Some shower curtains were 40-60$! that to much. We came after are wedding with more gift cards. A good thing about Kohl's is alot of time there is sales on different items. Like got a memory foam rug was 30$ got it for 10$. Got a shower curtain on clearance that was 40$ and got it of 5$. So even though some things are overpriced, the sales even it out. So if want anything form clothes, silverware, or even pillows. Kohl's is a good store for you. Just might have to spend a little more though. read more

I ordered a new STAR WARS FORCE AWAKENS shirt from the large screen kiosk recently at this store. When the shirt arrived at my home it was the wrong one, it had a different character design on it. So I made the trip back to the store to return it and have the correct one sent to me. The lady in customer service told me she could only refund my card since the shirt I wanted wasn't in stock at the store. She couldn't return it and have the correct shirt sent to me. No, I would have to go back to the large screen kiosk and place my order again and hope that this time the right shirt would be sent. To say this is pathetic customer service would be kind. After emailing the store I received an utterly laughable response apologizing for their policy, but asking me to continue patronizing their business. Are you kidding? Talk about another mindless supervisor that totally doesn't get what it means to actually retain their customers. read more
