H&M is a retail-store chain that sells women's, men's, and children's clothing and accessories. This particular store is in Monroeville Mall. This H&M is in a large physical space and offers a wide variety of shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, and more for fairly low prices. As I walked around the store, I saw no employees, so perhaps they could do a better job of welcoming customers. I found a few tops that I liked--a tank top on clearance for $10, a sweater for $15, and another sweater for $8. This H&M store is the worst ever. They will not match the prices with the sale prices on the table. The table said they were on sale for $39.99 and regular price was $44.99. The MANAGER would not match the price on the table. She was very rude, went to the back to "check on it" and then asked if I could talks to the manager and said she was the manager. H & M are actually the 2 kittens that are leaving Buffalo with me soon (Harley and Mochi). They're also the 2 things you find all over the internet these days: Haters & Melodrama. I personally prefer Victoria's Secret, but both of our girls decided that H & M was worth a stop, and we ended up standing around in here for 20 mins. It's not as "sexy" as VS and VS Pink, and doesn't smell quite as good, but I did notice that it's a little cheaper, which was good for the girls because we ended up buying them a few different items. I think we'd have spent $200 on the same stuff at VS and it was more like $80 here. Not exactly bargain basement prices, but for a Mall, not bad. read more

This location is big, go figure, being that it is in the bottom floor location of the former JCPenney store in the mall. What I really like about this particular location is that the men's selection is bigger than other locations in the city. It's not just one tiny little corner of the store. Along with it being big and having a wide selection the store is bright. No way that you can't see what you're buying. You know how you buy something in a store, get it home and see it in a different light and think to yourself why in the world did I buy that? Well not here. You can see how it's going to look before you leave the store. Employees wise, I really can't talk to their effect here. You can read that as; I did not see a single one until I reached the register. Step up your customer service here. It's their one major downside. read more

This location has plenty of options and it's more organized than most H&M's I've been to. The workers are always helpful when I have questions and there are a variety of sizes available. However, the floor in the dressing room area is DISGUSTING. Looks like there hasn't been a broom run on it in years. Their return policy is a little weird too... I can't remember what it is but I always end up getting store credit when returning something. Be careful before purchasing your items because you probably won't get cash back. read more
