Greeter is usually nice. I told an employee a kid lost a stuffed animal and if she could take it to the lost and found, 30 mins later it's still there. She has 0 intention or care. The cashier (in her 20s) had with zero social skills and barely spoke, no presence whatsoever. I asked for a 10 cent bag and waited to scan my card for a moment. She didn't let me know the machine loaded so I could scan my card that was in my hand and she slowly touched my hand and took the card out of my hand to tap is on the screen. No cashier should Ever touch you!!! I told her "why didn't you just tell me to tap my card? People don't like being touched by strangers or having their card grabbed out of there hand" while she just stared at me blankly with her mouth open no life behind her eyes. VERY weird interaction.

Sturdy design and again great suction power Cons: ** Smaller attachments are too short. The smaller attachment for brush and crevice tool are too short. Either they are too short or the hose is too short. I like these tools better than the elongated tool. Elongated tool does not have very good suction power. ** Unit falls over frequently. When using the lift-away portion, the unit keeps falling over because the cord is too short. Even with the disadvantages, I would recommend this vacuum due the fantastic suction power and lightweight factor. Best Buy offers warranty for 2 or 4 years. The owner greeted me abruptly and, after I showed her an inspiration photo, immediately told me that a ball gown "would not look good" on me--an unnecessary and unprofessional comment. I then worked with a sales associate, who informed me that the dress I was looking for had just been sold. She proceeded to bring out two heavy, winter-style gowns that were completely inconsistent with what I had described (a formal summer garden wedding) and in a size (16) that did not match mine (4). Despite being told the store carries thousands of dresses, I was ultimately told there was nothing suitable for me. Given my budget of up to $3,000, this was both surprising and disappointing. Having worked in the retail and service industry myself, I can honestly say this was one of the most discouraging and unprofessional shopping experiences I've had. I left feeling dismissed rather than assisted. I ended up going to Emily's Boutique, where the experience could not have been more different--welcoming, attentive, and ultimately successful, as I found the perfect gown. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Diane & Company to others looking for a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.
