Big Lots in Crest Hill is the best store I have ever been in the City. I really love shopping here, their employees are so nice, pleasant, and helpful. All of them are so well-trained, professionals, and decent. They all know how to treat all of their customers so well. Their place is so great, huge, clean, and nice. They also have big parking lot and also you can easily navigate and find their location. You can go there early in the morning, late morning, or even in evening. But I suggest to go there early in the morning to avoid long lines and checkout so fast. Their store is very busy, they have lots of customers, more people trusting their service and their quality items as well. Also their items has a wonderful prices, it is so fair and reasonable. No doubt why they have so lots of customers keep shopping their store again and again. 5-star for this Big Lots because of their great customer service, awesome staff, affordable and best quality items, and also for such an amazing experience they gave to all of their customers. Nice new layout! It has changed so much over the years! Keep up the great work of updating the store.

Last review for this location was in 2008 and it has changed so much since then. New layout makes the place feel much bigger, product placement makes sense. Many grocery aisles which is great and the reason I go there. The aisles are a bit narrow but clear and the place feels a lot cleaner and more organized now. Also in response to the last review, there's employees all over the place now mostly high school kids it seems, but they are there facing the products and keeping the store tidy. Compared to other Big Lots I've been to, this one is my favorite because you never know what you will find here. The Big Lots in Bolingbrook doesn't have much of a selection and never seems to gain anything different. At this Big Lots you will find lots of organics / natural food brands, expensive (and now cheap) teas, tons of spices, and just an overall awesome grocery selection. The health and beauty section isn't much to speak of (I shop for organics/cruelty free stuff) but they have a lot of DVDs now near the customer service register so it's fun to look through all those. Also, the parking lot was finally re-striped a year ago or so, so it's no longer this weird free for all parking situation that was just weird before. read more

I have been to a BL in indiana and it was no way near this crappy. The merchandise was all over the place. It was dirty and there wasn't an employee to be found anywhere. Time to fire the manager. read more

Great place to get things cheaper. You never know what you're going to find every time you go here, but it is always cheaper.

I found a lounge chair to lay out for the summer there. Sturdy, not too fancy but will last for a good couple years I hope. $70. Seemed worth it for what I need it for. Purchased it, I asked for help to get in my suv, but was told to just pick it up and put it out of the way for customers to be able to walk in (duh). I pull up to the door, didn't even get acknowledged I was taking my chair. I was outside struggling to get this in my suv and I was told I had to do it myself.... chair is decent mind you, but I spent the money and I didn't even get help or a thank you for my purchase. They advertise big bargains, but the merchandise is not actually available in the stores. Bait and switch.

Big Lots carries a variety of items at wholesale prices. They carry food, hair care products,stationery, kitchenware,household cleaners,rugs,bedding,electronic accessories, and furniture.Their seasonal department is second to none! At Christmas they have stunning decorations that I could not find anywhere else. This summer they have outdoor furniture,as well as gazebos.You will find things at Big Lots that you can find nowhere else and at great prices! read more
