We have a once upon a child in Mississippi where I live, and honestly they could learn a thing or two from this store. They had wonderful customer service and a relatively organized store. It was clean and I was able to maneuver through the store with my stroller. The reasons I didn't give them 5 stars is the prices on some items were just ridiculous and some items needed to be cleaned. Also the tagging and price tags were often missing or in wrong section. In addition to high prices, messy items and misleading price tags the little boys department is lack luster. Maybe an eighth of the little girls section. But the experience was still worth it because like any thrift store you find your gems, and like I said the customer service was superb. I will with out a doubt return before I leave in hope to finding some more bargain items, and would recommend this store as long as you are prepared for the semi dirty items, wonky prices and tagging and lack of little boy items.

As I was searching for shoes for my son, I grouped a few boxes together to decide which ones to…read morebuy. Holding my one year old and searching I went to look down the aisle only to come back and notice the shoes were put away. I then find the pairs of shoes again and am searching. The worker then puts them back again. I asked the lady that worked there with the black hair where they went, and with blunt rudeness says she needs them away. She rushed me, gave me attitude, and insinuated that she did not like how I had the boxes and where they were located even though I had them in a different spot from the time before. It was as if she was irritated, and if I did it again, she would purposely continue to put away my options I had out. Having a one year old on my hip and searching for shoes is hard enough. She made the task of shoe shopping extremely difficult. She was dismissive with a lot of attitude and not supportive at all. I wish I did not purchase shoes from Shoe Carnival. I should have left and went somewhere else.
