I just recently moved and it's a lot closer to me than before so I plan to stop by more often. I popped in to pick up a few more Christmas decor knick knacks to save some money. Their prices are super low and that is so helpful, especially around this time of year. It's Roses, so you don't necessarily come here for great customer service or anything like that but you can't beat their prices and selection. The Christmas section was a little low on things, but it's that time of year! I was able to find some small items I needed and was super happy about that. They have plenty of parking and I was in and out quickly. Can't wait to go back and really shop around.

I went inside to see what they had that might be of use to me and found plenty. For you old-timers this store reminds me of a Woolworth, John's Bargain Store, Army Navy, and Big Lots all rolled into one. They sell clothing for the family, decorative and utility items for the home, food, snacks and various sundries. I ended finding some great deals and walked out of the store with at least 9 items for various departments. I have been back twice since and feel Roses is a good deal for the money.

However, I do like the variety of stores and in my case the only osh kosh and carter kids clothing stores in the area. There are multiple parking lots so finding a space has never been an issue. I came during thanksgiving/christmas and the decorations are very nice. They have signage for a variety of holiday events happening (pics of your dog and Santa etc). There is a food court, shake shack, and Starbucks. My kids love the small play structure. It is very small and probably only entertaining for kids 4 and younger. I appreciate the clean bathrooms inside the food court- especially the family restrooms which has a small toilet for kids.

Prior to Church, I had mentioned that I needed to pick up a new belt because the one I am currently wearing is beginning to fray. Never say this to a woman who has Kohl's Cash Coupons plus other Coupons because then they are in a feeding frenzy just like Sharks smelling blood. Original thought was to hit the Kohl's in Huntersville on the way back but she found out there was one close to the restaurant in Gastonia so I had little option. She had already been badgering me for my underwear size so she could get a new set so Kohl's was inevitable anyway. It's a well stocked store which is good but at the same time, they have cut back on the sales associates till it almost self serve. Heaven help you if you don't know where thing are located. Found the belts first and found a nice one with excellent quality and a good price. Bought it and may end up buying another in a slightly smaller size if I can hopefully loose a couple of pounds. Underwear was a bit more challenging because my size was not part of the primary display but on an end cap but found what was the right size. With the coupons and Kohl's Cash, it was a good saving overall. I personally thought the replacing the underwear to be low priority but apparently not to my wife. Not the next day but the day after, I went to dress and all of my old underwear had been discarded regardless of wear and had been replaced with the new. Nice selection but would be nice with some one on one help

I waited on the google meet chat for about 10 mins ( I was on 5 minutes early ). The instructions in the email says to give the store a call if no one joins after 5 minutes. Call the store and girl over the phone says she'll get the manager( unfortunately I don't have his name), waited about 6 mins on hold then she comes back and says he'll be on in just a second. I' waited about 20 mins overall on the call and he didn't join. It's unprofessional and I definitely won't be applying to this store again.
