Well, for $170 I thought I would get a more professional looking job. I'm extremely disappointed. Will not be using Big Joe's again. Sloppy work. read more

Jose, Jake, Yousef (truck #1) did a fantastic job resealing our driveway today! They were very efficient, paid attention to detail, and left the site clean after completing the job. They were also very polite and gave us thorough instructions as to when we could walk and drive on the driveway. Scheduling was quick and pricing was competitive. Highly recommend Big Joe's Sealcoating! read more

Al did the sealcoating of our drive with the utmost care around the stoop area. He addressed all of my husband's concerns and did an excellent job. We have used Big Joe's Sealcoating ever since our driveway was replaced three years ago. read more

Sent an email request for quote for my driveway to be sealcoated. Adam Rasmussen sent back a list of available dates. No price mentioned. I emailed again telling him some available dates that he listed and again asked for how much it would cost. No reply. Second email. Again, no reply. They must really be good to assume people will contract for a job without having any idea of the cost to do the work! Update: Adam reached out and we determined that although I received his emails, he did not receive mine . (Apple/Icloud.) He quickly resolved the situation and have set a date to have the sealcoating. More to follow after job completion. read more

Have been a regular customer with BJ's and was very happy with their work. This year they added sand to the mix and I was left with these large semicircles on the driveway. I called and the owner said wait a couple of weeks and look then. I waited and no change. He admitted it looked terrible and would redo it. His crew showed up but rain was in the forecast and they agreed not a good idea to do it then. I contacted him again and no response. In our discussion he stated I cancelled last minute the first time because the driveway was covered with whirlybirds from my maple tree. I apologized for not giving him more notice but it got by me. So in conclusion, he never redid the driveway. He's been in my neighborhood a couple of times recently, in fact last week but I guess he's not coming back. read more

Antonio and Rafael (Truck #4) from Big Joe's came to our home this morning and did an exceptional job with the sealcoating. They were careful, personable, and efficient. We are so pleased with them as a team and with the quality of work that they did. We had received a referral from our neighbor as we'd watched one of Big Joe's teams work on his driveway. We will be calling them again in the future. Thank you! read more

Fair pricing. Organized and well communicated instructions and details. Job done and completed when promised. Neighbors have already followed to have their driveways done too. read more

We've used Big Joe's previously and were happy with them. We got a discount from being a repeat customer, excellent communication, they notified my when the weather meant a reschedule. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were done in about 30 minutes. Excellent job, no sealer slopped on sidewalk or pavers. Chris, John and the crew in Truck One were very professional. read more

Big Joe's gets five stars for honesty and customer service even though we didn't choose them. We recently moved from Houston where asphalt driveways don't exist. The driveway on our new house in DG was a mess. We had seen signs for Big Joe's so I requested an estimate. The owner called me personally and said based on the condition of our driveway his sealcoating would not do anything to fix my problem. He could have made a quick, easy buck, but he chose to be honest. He advised us to replace the driveway and call him in a couple years. He even recommended some paving companies when asked. Thanks. read more

Big Joe's seal coating sealed our driveway in the early spring and looked beautiful when they were done. The detail around the sidewalks and the driveway was perfect. It is now September and still looks great. The price was better than other companies and was a better quality. read more

I've gotten different seal coating services over the past 6 years and this was the first time I tried Big Joe's. I'll no longer go with any company and I'll explain why- 1) Responsiveness- out of 10+ companies that I requested quotes from, Big Joe was one of the only two that came back on timing/pricing when they said they would. 2) Quality- the seal coating they did was of high quality and looked great! 3) Going above and beyond- unfortunately, hours after they applied the seal coating, we had an unexpected rain storm. I e-mailed them to understand options, and right away Adam responded and was able to schedule a follow up to touch up or re-do any of the seal coating that was damaged by the rain. Added to these three points that their pricing was more than fair. Would highly recommend their services! read more

big joe's sealing is the best!! their service is great!! joe is fair and his prices are great don't use anyone else

Very responsive and helpful with information needed. Have scheduled my next driveway treatment for the spring

Great work every time. Professional, organized and great communication. Do not even look anywhere else. This is the cream of the crop.

I had Big Joes Sealcoating come out to do my driveway. They did it previously and did a great job overall. I had them come out when it needed it again and when it came to doing the driveway, they did another good job. Unfortunately it was not until later that we noticed they completely butchered some of out plants that were next to driveway with their weedwacker. I understand they need to clean up prior to coating, but these were chopped to a very high degree. I have posted pictures to show the damage. read more

Quick contact, efficient follow up, fair prices and high quality service. What more could you ask for? They did a great job!

Honestly Why doesn't anyone return calls??? Have attempted to contact (2) for a estimate with no response. If you don't want the business/ close shop. Actually just to clarify your bottom response: Originally I had contacted over a week. I received a text that I would be receiving a estimate/ with 3-4 days. When I didn't hear back I did call you- and did leave a message. Yes you did call me back promptly/ but I still had no estimate which you claimed was dropped in my mail box. Yes you did give me the amount over the phone when you called me. I am sorry if waiting a week for a response was to early to follow up...perhaps my displeasure in not receiving a estimate prompted a return call. Because I have called numerous times and it goes straight to voicemail prior. So I don't think I was hasty in leaving a review. It seems to be a common thread in several business lately that they have lost sight of the core values- Providing customer service. Take care of clients they bring more clients- piss someone off it doesn't go away. Happy seal coating!! read more

Adam was quick to respond for service times and dates, I will post a review shortly on the quality of work and the customer service shortly.

I have used Big Joe's to sealcoat my driveway the last three times over the last six years. They are simply the best. Their crews are efficient and prompt! My old driveway was showing it's age and Al and Danny brought it back to looking terrific. I am confident that it will wear well over the next two years. read more

I called Big Joe's Sealcoating for an estimate and received one promptly. Of the three companies I called, they were the only one who gave me a quote. I was hopeful that this would be a great company to work with. I called them to give them the job and nobody answered, so I left a message. A couple of days went by and I never heard back so I called again. Same thing, no one answered. A couple of days went by and when I didn't hear back, I had to leave a 3rd message. These 3 phone calls were made during the week during business hours. Shouldn't be so hard to give them my money. I finally received a callback from Jeff at 8 PM. We scheduled the Sealcoating for Friday, May 17th which was about 4 weeks away. A couple of weeks after scheduling, I realized that I had to go somewhere at 5 o'clock on that day. I called Jeff and when he didn't answer, I left yet another message. I said I would only be available at home between 8:00 to 3:00 so that I could be there to pay them. He never called me back, they never showed on May 17th and they never called. I still haven't received a call to reschedule. I can only assume that they don't want my business so I called another seal coating company and gave them my business. read more

Terrific job. We were on the schedule twice but weather didn't allow work to proceed. They followed up to reschedule and the crew did a first rate job. Very professional firm. High quality results at a reasonable price. read more

I don't know why anyone would use anybody else when these guys are around. The attention to detail was meticulous. 1) They actually check the weather and they didn't come until they knew that there would be no rain. Amazingly, the sun came out when they showed up. 2) They took a weedwacker to the edges of the driveway so they could seal coat the edges properly. They explained that that's where the driveway starts breaking up first. 3) They left without leaving a mess. read more

Big Joe's are amazing! They use higher grade latex, oils, and material within their seal coatings...I spoke with Adam and provided great advice. Our driveway had spider cracks as in time I will need to replace. It now looks much much better! Very impressed with their quality of work! My neighbor used them last year and their driveway looks great after 1 year. Highly recommended as I will use them every year! read more

This is a great outfit. It isn't a "spray and go" sealcoating like so many of them out there are. The driveway is prepared by weedwhacking any weeds coming through, crackfilling, and potholes are patched. Then the sealcoating is brushed on neatly. It is a bit more expensive than the "spray and go" that I have used in the past, but well worth the extra cost! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with Big Joe's Sealcoating! They provide services that are quick, efficient, friendly, and best of all reasonably priced. Save all the trips and hassle of the hardware stores and doing it yourself and call Big Joe's Sealcoating! read more

Excellent communication, they watch the weather and will let you know that they are not doing the job if rain coming so you get a better seal to the drive way-clean. They do not use a watered down seal-good quality and really made the drive look excellent-Strongly Recommend 5-stars for this service. read more

Great job, communication, these guys are "on the ball". Love their very informative web site. Very customer oriented. Thanks Adam!!

I saw their work on a drive home, liked what I saw and called them.. The price was right and they had an opening when I needed them. They did a great job. We will definitely use them again. They also did some patching and advised me on some cracks. Bonus, the sealant didn't smell bad. Had I not seen the results, I wouldn't know they'd been there. 2017, great job again. I'll plan better and schedule ahead of time because these guys are busy and I'd rather not use anyone else. I almost missed my chance fir their great service! read more

I arranged for Big Joe's to sealcoat my driveway and 6 neighbors' driveways. Very good job on all. Will use again this year.

We won't use anyone else after our Big Joe's experience. They communicated through the process, from quote through completing the job. On site workers were friendly and did fantastic work. They edged before putting down the coat and there was not a stray drop of sealant to be found anywhere. Job well done! read more

Extremely pleased. They communicated well. Price was reasonable. They came on time and did a very nice job. I will stick with them.

Big Joe's Sealcoating responded to our inquiry right away. They did a great job at a very fair price. On my list for future referrals.

Called for an estimate and they dropped one in my mailbox couple days later. Price was higher than other companies but we gave them a shot. I talked to Aaron or Eric to schedule and they were pretty backed up, I guess because of all the rain. Honestly forgot they were coming but Cameron came out and did a really nice job and he was super nice, they didn't get any sealer on anything and we've got brick pavers so i'm super paranoid about it. I'll use them again. read more
