I began contacting patio contractors in early April, and Nature Green Paving was one that I had found through Google. Like all of the reviews have said, Laz was very responsive. We did not know exactly what we wanted, so Laz developed a design for us and presented his estimate for the project. His estimate was well within the range of the other 5 contractors who bid for our patio. After a few different tweaks to the design, we decided to go with Laz because he was the one contractor who actually took action and was extremely responsive to our needs. In fact, he visited our residence 4 different times to make sure we were happy with the final design. Throughout the build, Laz was very easy to contact with any concerns. Again, when needed, he came out to our house to help us understand a redesign that was necessary for our patio. He answered any questions we had, and he reassured us that our patio would be fantastic in the end. On multiple different days, I also saw Laz checking in on his crew to make sure the patio was progressing. Laz's crew was great too! They created a great patio, planted the landscape, and cleaned up after themselves. They all knew what to do while on the job, and they acted respectfully toward our home. Overall, we cannot say enough great things about Laz and Nature Green Paving. We are completely satisfied with the product they produced.

I wasn't expecting it to take as long as it did, but they were working on other jobs at the same time. It wasn't a super big issue for us, but some communication about the timeline could have helped. The company took care of the permit process for us. They seem skilled in their work. I'm happy our patio turned out the way we wanted it to.

We moved into our home in 2019 and wanted to get our garage floor coated before we moved in. We searched the internet and found Anthony and American Floor Coatings. Well, we should have waited those 2+ months, because it's been nothing but problems with this floor. Anthony installed our garage floor in spring 2019. The top coating was very runny and did not give a good coverage. In an effort to fix this, Anthony added an additional coat, but it only increased the puddling at the bottom of the step. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished result, but he refused to take any additional steps to remedy the situation. The next year, in early fall 2020, we noticed that the apron of the floor, which is exposed to the sunlight and weather, was yellowing. I called Anthony and he explained that they found out they did indeed use the wrong top coating product the previous year. He said he would add us to the schedule to come out and redo the apron with the correct product. After multiple attempts to schedule the work, he eventually got back to me, but it was too late to do the repairs due to the cold weather, so he said he would do it in the spring. I contacted him in the spring of 2021 and was told again that he would add us to the schedule. It is now August 2021 and we haven't heard from him since. In the meantime, the apron of our floor not only has yellowed, it is fully wearing away. We feel we should not have to hound Anthony to honor the lifetime guarantee of his product and service. Do not use American Floor Coatings. Terrible service.

Which is probably why the original owners attempted to convert it to gas. We wanted wood, not gas, and we wanted to get the 26% federal income tax credit. So we visited A Fireplace Store and More and spoke to the woman working there. She set up a date for Rony to come out and give us an estimate. Rony showed up on time and we settled on a modern high efficiency biomass fireplace insert that qualifies for the credit. Parts and labor was not cheap, but we wanted a quality appliance and this business has decades of experience, which we also wanted. We put down a deposit and set the installation day, which was today. Rony and his team showed up on time, worked quickly, did good quality work and cleaned up afterwards. Rony explained how to use the new fireplace and was all done in a matter of 3-4 hours. Very happy with our purchase and service and we can't wait until we can use it this winter.
