Way overpriced. But, that's my opinion. You tell me. 750 square foot brick patio that needed to be regraded, put back the same bricks (not new) and power wash, sand and seal. Was quoted $25,000 by Laz. That's 33 per square foot for repair with the only materials needed was sand and sealer. (maybe $500 total). 5 days work at $5K per day? Really? Got a second estimate, and hold onto your hats. $9,000 for the identical same work, nothing changed but the price and now down to $12 per square foot for just repair work. And that company is almost done with patio and looks fantastic. read more

To start, I only author reviews for product and/or services that are unusually bad or unbelievably great. This is a review for the later! A home with a south facing patio/backyard needs summer shade unless you want turn into a french fry. The two-year-old home that my wife and I recently moved into needed summer shade. After seeing how my former neighbor's backyard was "reborn," I contacted their contractor, Laz Villa, owner of Nature Green Paving. I met with Laz several times at my home where he offered ideas on how to create a shaded, functional, and stunning outdoor entertainment area where my family and friends could enjoy the summer warmth while enjoying the view of the local golf course. And OMG.....did Laz and his team ever deliver! My backyard living space turned out better than I could have imagined. Laz personally supervised the whole project. The first step was his team of craftsmen built a beautiful pergola with the level of detail that was amazing. Each post was buried in concrete and the pergola joists were both notched and screwed into the main beams. The slats provided the needed shade. Lastly, each end of each joist and slate was hand routed to provide a "finished" look. The pergola posts also contain the same artistic design. Concealed inside of each pergola post is the electrical conduit/wiring to power the receptacles and switches to control the overhead fan, light and outdoor TV and more. The integration of the electrical during the building of the pergola was smooth and transparent. Lastly, Laz's team expanded the existing patio to integrate the pergola posts. Laz located a supply of the pavers to match the existing 2-year-old pavers. The transition from old patio to new cannot be seen. During the project, Laz's team was professional, answered all my questions, cleaned up the worksite each day and took care to protect my existing landscaping. Prior to contracting with Laz, I solicited multiple ideas and bids from multiple contractors. I also vetted each contractor (BBB, social media, etc). Let me say that the overall quality of the ideas, proposals, and associated project costs to me by other contractors was disappointing at best. I made the right decision. We recently just had a paver patio put in by Laz and his crew in late May and are extremely satisfied with the final product. I began contacting patio contractors in early April, and Nature Green Paving was one that I had found through Google. Like all of the reviews have said, Laz was very responsive. We did not know exactly what we wanted, so Laz developed a design for us and presented his estimate for the project. His estimate was well within the range of the other 5 contractors who bid for our patio. After a few different tweaks to the design, we decided to go with Laz because he was the one contractor who actually took action and was extremely responsive to our needs. In fact, he visited our residence 4 different times to make sure we were happy with the final design. Throughout the build, Laz was very easy to contact with any concerns. Again, when needed, he came out to our house to help us understand a redesign that was necessary for our patio. He answered any questions we had, and he reassured us that our patio would be fantastic in the end. On multiple different days, I also saw Laz checking in on his crew to make sure the patio was progressing. Laz's crew was great too! They created a great patio, planted the landscape, and cleaned up after themselves. They all knew what to do while on the job, and they acted respectfully toward our home. Snow Removal So Impressed!!! Called at 8a & he was here before 930a, the time he had estimated. Did a great job & more than I had asked for. Very personable, will tell al my friends about him & will call him next time my husband is out of town for a heavy snow. I used Semper Fi last year, left a message for them yesterday afternoon & had to call them again this morning to be told they aren't accepting any new clients. We had several contractors come out to give estimates on a paver or stamped concrete patio. I was originally leaning toward stamped concrete. After meeting with Laz I was sold on Nature Green and a paver patio. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with all of our option. He was able to fit everything we requested within our budget. I will definitely be calling them back to do some landscaping in my front and back yard in the near future. My wife and I did some research on landscaping and paver companies in the area and found nice reviews for Nature Green. We contacted them for an estimate for design ideas to "refresh" our 20-year old front landscaping. Laz came out (on time) and was a pleasure to work with from day #1. He had great ideas to bring the look up to date and with new and modern ideas. When Laz came back with a 3D visual design, we were pleasantly surprised. The other places returned with hand drawings and we knew who we would use. Throughout the process, Laz was always prompt, professional and courteous to my whole family. His crew did an amazing job and took great pride in their work. I've heard from several neighbors that they have never seen such precise workmanship on the cuts of the pavers.
