I reached out to…read moreseveral businesses over yelp and Robert was among the first to reply back and his price was very reasonable compared to the others. (I like that it was a flat fee versus an hour fee as some of the other places were quoting me as it allowed me to budget better). Robert's communication throughout the entire time was phenomenal. He reached out the day before and an hour before to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, and while completing the service was communicative and answered questions that I had. Very friendly guy. Made me feel comfortable which is important as a single female. While completing the work he was very efficient and he covered up appliances to make sure nothing got damaged and cleaned up all areas. When the job was done, he made sure that I was happy with it, which I was!!! He worked quickly and efficiently! He was also so kind to take a look at another unrelated minor issue in the home that I brought up to him and repaired it for me free of cost. That goes a long way to show that he is honest, and cares about his customers to go the extra mile. Thanks so much Robert! I 1,000% recommend and would be using him for any future needs. (By the way, if you are like me and reliant on reading reviews, you will see multiple other 5 star reviews for his services if you scroll all the way down the page and click "Reviews not Recommended". Just thought I should mention for other who don't know about that. Sometimes Yelp cherrypicks which reviews to show or not, don't know why)

We have certain colors that are very similar, and we were clear on which paints to use on the outside or inside, but the painter was not very careful. He mixed up the colors and overall did a mediocre job. He even cleaned his brushes in our guest path and scratched our sink up pretty badly. Rudy was honest that this type of work is not their core competency, and after this experience, my wife and I fully agree.

We have used Shipman twice now and both times they have exceeded our expectations. Aaron and his…read morepartner Jonny are so knowledgeable and professional. I spent the better part of 20 years in the apartment industry and have worked with dozens of different carpet vendors and these guys hands down surpass all of the others. Since the service was in my home versus work my expectations were much higher and they delivered! I think it's important to say that no matter how good the carpet vendors, they can't work miracles so if you are expecting someone to rehab severely pet damaged carpet or heavy stains due to fabric paint that your teen daughter got all over them you have to be realistic. Aaron and Jonny actually removed way more of the aforementioned carpet paint than I was expecting. These guys are the best for sure. Also, they are very good at communicating their ETA prior to arrival so there is no surprises. I am guessing that this is due to their awesome office person Jenny. Oh, the price in my opinion was pretty cheap considering the high quality work they produce. Thanks again Aaron, Jonny and Jenny!
